The only persons who should be touching my computer is myself, my manufacturer, Real Windows support that I have initiated and called or my real live Tech who happens to be my manufacturer. And this goes for others as well. Never ever allow remote from someone who cold calls. Its a 100% scam.

This service is nothing but a con game that is off shore. They loaded a variety of software programs on my computer under the guise of saying that I had some malware on it that needed to be cleaned. Luckily I still use the old Symantec imaging software called ?Ghost? and was able to image everything back to a prior state where everything was working ok. They wanted more than two hundred dollars per machine and were using software that anyone could download ?free? via the Internet. Their center became a little vociferous when they could not collect their monies from me.

I placed a call to Adobe customer service on May 23, 20014 for a new password so I could update the software.  I was transferred for tech help and a technician with an Indian accent opened my computer and took over.  He showed me many areas in it that he said were corrupted by a hacker, that my securities were in danger of being lost, that I could have my entire computer content wiped out, lose everything at any moment.  Scare tactics worked. For $399.95 I could have a contract with him for 3 years that would fix any and all that went wrong with my computer.  He took my credit card number.  What a fool I was.  I didn't even have a warranty or receipt in hand, insisted on them, and what they finally sent looked bogus.  Later I looked at my Adobe app and nothing had been done with it.  I still had no password and couldn't update.  This is a terrible scam.  I had to cancel my credit card and ask for a new one.  Hope no one has to go through what I just did.

I work for an REAL tech support company who deals with this number a few times a week, company to remain unnamed for legal reasons ;-) but this phone number\company is a scam!! They are taking money from hard working customers we service and claiming to be whoever they need to at the moment to get that money out of them.  They then call us to undo the damage or actually fix the problem that was never touched after being charged $300.  DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE RESPONSES ON THIS PAGE, THIS NUMBER WILL DO NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND POSSIBLE CAUSE MORE HARM THAN GOOD TO YOUR COMPUTER!!

I think this is a scam.  This is not tech support - the tech asked for access to my computer and warned me that I had "csrss.exe"  running on my computer and that it would cost $199.95 for a "level 35 Microsoft technician"  to fix.  He characterized it as a Trojan.  Csrss.exe is not a Trojan!  It stands for Client/Server Runtime Subsystem and it is part of the Windows operating system.  Although it can be corrupted, I don't believe that's what was going on.  I suspect that they simply do something else to your computer during the "hour" it would take to "fix" it.

Don't grant access in the first place.  In the future, I am going to run a reverse phone # search on any tech support number I try to make sure it is associated with the application I'm trying to fix - and ONLY that applicattion..

I think you conned me in too!!  I'm still having problems with my computer.  Your Tech said I did NOT have to contact my Bank.   But after some research  I decided that I will anyway.  My service provider even suggested that I be careful.

I worked with them today, thought that things were good, but a script was already running on my computer tonight and so I clicked on there icon that they put on my desktop and found that there is no way to message them, so I tried calling the number and I just got a hold recording for 30 minutes.  I'm going to try to call them tomorrow, haven't sent them any money, but have to go to the bank and see what has happened.  There is plenty of honest work for people, no reason to scam.  You are only creating a hell for yourself in the next life, don't do things that you may regret through eternity.

The same thing happened to me today.  He quickly hung up after he figured out I wasn't paying him money.  I was transferred to them from AT&T and didn't know I was supposed to pay.  When I looked at my computer, it said the computer was being backed up and he still had control of my computer.  My security software no longer worked after he controlled my computer.  I hope he didn't get any information off my computer that he shouldn't have.

I called this number.  Thought was Yahoo support for problems I was having with my email.  Was number listed on internet.  Rep took access to my computer with pretense to fix the problem.  After talking with me said he knew what the problem was, but would cost $299 to fix so wouldn't have problem again.  I told him I'd rather buy a new computer and start all over.  Quickly hung up.  I better not receive any billing from this number.  Hope my computer security was not compromised, since rep took control of my computer.

I did a search for Quickbooks customer service.  I called this number and they did access my computer, but I got suspicious when she wouldn't answer my specific questions.  I hung up the phone and deleted her access to my computer.  What could she have accessed and taken from my computer??  How would they send me a bill??
