I got a call from this group n when i asked for their address they kept asking me different question. Finally I talked to a guy by the name of Tony n he refused to give me the address stating that a surveyor was on the way to deliver court documents. He said he is not giving me the address so that i could build my case when i go to court. He said he called my bank n they told him that i recieved the funds. Then 5 minutes later he calls back n leaves me a message statinv that we got disconnected n to please call back. This time the number was blocked. This company is a scam. BEWARE

Received a message from someone with the last name Jefferies. Said it was a claim and he verified an address. The message was ridiculous. Either he has some real phone issues or speech issues or he was reading from a script. I'm going with script. Either way, if it's a real debt they will send me something in the mail. And I've heard multiple times that if you do answer and speak to them do not give out any personal info and the first thing people like this do is ask for your social. Also remember, as scary as they are the worst anyone debt collector can do is garnish your wages. They can't arrest you. They will however harass you, your family and any friends so be prepared for phone calls from loved ones worried for you. Assure them that it is a scam and also you can contact the BBB and they will send paperwork you can show your boss or supervisor if they go so far as to call them. They have done this to me before and also I've read where people like this have done it to others.
