Received a call stating something about documents needing to be delivered. Asked for all of my personal info but would not tell me who they were.

said they need to verify address and name to send documents. want a workplace number and home. If they know who they want then they should send stuff to me. an article in the paper said they are trying to clamp down on debt collectors. send this number to attorney general now. let's get rid of these scarey people!

Calls when they like to and threatens that they have some type of paper work.

Receive a call...advised that a "lien" had been placed and would be going to court...would like to help me settle payment arrangements...advised I owed a "Payday" loan from 2008...had been carried by M&K, but now this company owned note...this is the third call I have received by company ... each time I request paperwork and documentation of the note owed with a promise to send to me...as yet have never received anything

B&L, formerly known as M&K Capital and/or Miller & Clark (a fake law firm). It appears they changed names, but not fraudulent tactics, after they heard they are being investigated by the US Department of Justice. They are still committing a felony every time they try to make you think they are a lawyer's office.

Those people amaze me. How they can call and demand you hand over your life to them before they will talk to you about what ever it is that is more important to them than you.
