l keep receiving calls from this company...Called them back with a Claim Number...Saying they had allegations again'st my family member...and if they didn't get in touch with them...They would be coming to my home...and things would be bad. l asked them who they were...They wouldn't say. l called the number back...Gave them the Claim Number...As the lady who called was very rude and threatening..Her name was lrea Orego. l found out she is doing outgoing calls...and the person l was talking to was incoming calls. So l guessed properly...lt was a Debt Collector...Acting as if they were a Official Office that could have you arrested. They have gotten ahold of old debts.....and are totally out of line with the rudeness and threats!! l will be contacting a Attorney as they have been warned...and keep calling my personal home phone number threatening my family. Why would they call my number and ask for information???? Please be careful everyone...They ask for your address...Job info...And want to resolve matters with your Credit or Debit Card!!!! ldiots!!!

they keep calling my work, when I say I am not this person they continue to give out personal info to me on an employee, I think this fact is illegal.  If I was this person I would never ever pay them for the way they handle and give out personal info to someone who is not to be receiving the info.

My boss received a voice mail , basically telling my boss that I would need to respond today?  If I didnt call them back with my address?  WTF...if you are serving papers no matter what the reason is , why would you need to give them yourr address, plus the fact that they call my boss leaving them a message saying I was warned..once again wtf..how could i be warned if I never got the message...All I can say is that this outfit will try to do anything they can to get the money. Its a total  scam.  

I received the same call at my place of employment with them saying they were going to serve papers. When I called back I got Heather she said the loan was from BCD. When I said I do not recognize it she transferred me to Mike and when I said I was not going to pay it voluntarily he transferred to Mr.Turner and when I said I did not take out that loan he continued to call me a "professional debtor" someone who's quality of life is so good that I continue to take out payday loans and not pay them back and use the laws to get around not having to pay them back and so on and so forth. It was a bit entertaining to listen to him so as I chuckled from time to time he kept getting more mad. He said they would keep calling and I said I looked forward to talking to him tomorrow and ended the call.

Yes got a call asking me for my address that they had papers to give me but the number was unknown on id and they where from DOR but i dont know what to do because they have a claims number but i cant find anything the guys name was Fred Mills

received a call from this number, stating they were a company called BOR pre litigation, saying i had 2 payday loans, they were going to serve me paperwork, and that they were going to press charges against me, i dont have any payday loans, and i refused to give them any debit card information, they are very rude and nasty on the phone, they threaten and harass people, I will not give information with out written documentation

I just got   a call from this number a Mr Fred Mills  called and said he verified my address and I have allegations against me and that I had till today to return their call ..  Also had a claim number...  !! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!
