No I'm not saying that.  I am not trying to dodge it but if it's not a legitimate debt collector, then I don't want to pay my money to anyone especially a scam artist that got my info from online.  They haven't send my any document stating that I owe them and the exact amount.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you,  but you are saying that you have a payday loan that has been due for 2 years?   If that's what you are saying,  I don't think anyone on this board really intends to help anyone dodge paying what they legitimately owe.    If I have misread it,  I apologize.

I almost fell for this because they called me claiming they were a law firm, and since I did have a payday loan that was due 2 years ago, I told them that they could take it out of my prepaid card in 2 days.  I definitely wont be putting any money on that card thanks to you guys.  I just thought that I could just pay this debt off and keep them from calling my job.  I wasn't going to give them my checking account number, but I wish I didn't give them any info.  On a positive note, I wont be sending any funds because they haven't sent me any documents showing that I owe $485.

Hi, This message is intended for roughly Thomas, This is Sarah Miller I'm calling as a courtesy to remind you that I will be stopping by today to have you sign for your documents. I never did receive a stop order from the filing party, so I will be stopping by your residence or place of employment today. Please be available with this mail at forms of ID to complete this service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the filing party, that is requesting the service, 88558481088, case number is 337502 if you contact and see if you can get a stop order issued before I come out there today. If you have been notified and I'll see you soon. I'll try your other line.

They said the same things to me, if they are a law firm then they know I am on unemployment, they would know everything about me....So they really need to stop threatening people. I am sick of it, this is the third time it happen to me and the cops can't do anything about it.

They call themselves Trinity Alliance Group (TAG).  I received two calls from a Sarah Miller saying that she was going to serve me papers since a stop order hadn't been received from the "filing company." The first called was suspiciously received immediately after receiving a call from Unified Processing.

I received two phone calls leaving a voice message from a Sarah Miller with a call back number of 855-848-1088.  The first time she called was immediately after a Casey called me from a company called "Unified Processors," located in Indiana.  I immediately reported both numbers to the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

I was told that they are a law firm called THE -- who are they?  They said they filed a lawsuit against me, and they are coming to my home or my work to serve me.

I believe this caller is connected to "Unified Processing" 317-204-3614.  File a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center - https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx.

They are calling me and threading me very badly
