I searched this number because I received several calls about some case I have with some litigation office? From what all the posts are saying, sounds like its a debt I might owe, Prob my best buy account I never finished paying. I'm going to call in and find out what is really going on. Something called being responsible and being an adult. Man up and confront them. Get an attorney if your really scared.

This number was left with my daughter recently. They said they where contacting me and gave her a case number. I did not get it because I could care less if they can not find me and serve me properly then they are a creditor that bought the debt and not the original debtor and I will not ever deal with anyone I did not sign a credit card agreement or debt with. Besides it has been over 3 1/2 years since any activity with any of my creditors took place and if there is no activity in 3 1/2 years I read that they have to remove that debt from my credit report. No creditors have reached me in all this time. So these people are harrassing my daughter. I honestly think they are Identity thieves and that is why they are calling me and harrassing me to steal my idenity or if they are a credit collector. My debts where already paid by the creditors insurance companies and etc.  

I recently did purchases through Pay Pal and eBay and I think that is what may have triggered these bogus calls because they where purchases from China. China is known for stealing ID's and etc and hacking large companies for ID information and even Amazon.Com has been hacked and had info stolen on millions of people. I told my daughter that if they can not say who they are or what it is about then just hang up on them.

They will never get my phone number because it is unlisted. I do not give it out and my address is also not on the web as of yet and I move every year so they can not get me to stay put long enough for them to figure out where I am and etc. My last home phone I did have them calling from 6 AM to 12 midnight but they would never say who they where or what it was about or anything and I would hang up on them and I never told them who I am. They usually call asking for some phony fictitious name then try to get you to say our last name at least. That is when I hang up.

I called their number here also and it does not even say who they are or what it is about like a legit company answering machine or service would do. They do not tell you who they are when you call it hang up then also. Your wasting your time and efforts. If they can not mail you a court appearance date and time then they have no claim on you money. As it was when I lost my house to the bank they never sent us hearing dates and times and said they did. That was illegal. We had our house of 20 years sold out from under us and where evicted as renters when it was our house and we never rented it. Indy Mac pretented they where helping us to re-write the loans but I also found out that when they repo a home like that they get 3 times the amount owed on it through insurances and etc. That is why they keep the homeowners thinking they are helping them while they illegally sell you homes out from under you instead to rewriting the loan and bringing it into a managable amount.

I figure that millions lost there homes which to me make the whole thing a conspiracy to steal our homes and ruin our credit. This was all planned by our financial institutions that wrote the loans knowing no one really could pay the amounts they owed to begin with when they refied and acting like it was acceptable. To top it off our last refi we got tricked at the last minute and they switched out the type of loan and the loan amounts and etc so we would fail. They where suppose to cover all our credit debt but instead made the loan way less than we asked for and never gave us enough to cover our credit debt so we ended up with the same credit payments that where to much to begin with and the new loan to have to pay off on top of that by them short changing us then when the real estate market took a dive they swoop in a stold our home because we could not pay off anything they way the scammed us. We where in a financial toilet we could not get out of. Now we are flushed and these preditors try to come and in pick our bones dry knowing that the orignal debtor was already paid off by insurances and etc for our debts when we failed to pay it.

This stuff pisses me off royal. This made my wife go nuts on me with her mental break down that took place from it all and our whole family is damaged because of it all. Then you have sammers like this thinking they can come in and get payments from us on a loan that is not even thiers. The only income I have is Social Secutiry and it was the only income I had before we did the loans and they can not touch it even if they go to court. They are stupid in that respect.

I've been getting calls from this company for a couple days now, they've also called my mother a few times looking for me.  so I call them back today.  apparently I owe hsbc bank 500 for an old credit card, which I do, plus late fees and attorney fees that total 1300 and they are taking me to small claims court.  RIIIGGGHHT!  so first of all when they answered they asked me how I even got there number and why I was calling, that was the number they told me to call back on my voicemail.  funny thing is the lady I spoke to sounded exactly like the voice on my voicemail message, very weird considering how dumbfounded she seemed when I called.  anyway, when I was told what I owed and that I was being taken to small claims court for it I made the comment "I find it hard to believe that hsbc is taking me to court over such a dollar amount", which was followed by her saying " I don't give a S*** what you think, blah-blah-blah, this isn't some Disney fairy tale movie".  so I told her to send me paper work in the mail telling me that I have to go to court and hung up.  we will see what happens soon I guess, the tactics of collection agencies are getting a little ridiculous.

This company is unbelievable...they still are looking for other people at my phone number and then they think they have my address...hahaha...obviously they are looking at a google map stating that "oh your house is located between this street and that street" boy do they really think no one can look up an old address???? And today it was a stupid Latina who could barely speak English....when she called she also said she had a puppy she wanted to give me and that she was right around the corner...She threatened me over the phone by stating "Do you know I have your address?"....I told her to go ahead and come over UNINVITED.....does she not know that people protect themselves in their own homes, not only that, I live so close to the police station that it only takes about a minute for the cops to come.  It's also funny that if she "knows" where I live that she can't even pronouce the name of the city I supposedly live in.   It is such a blast recording all these calls and then playing them back...I wonder if they will ever figure it out that they are looking for people that haven't lived in this state for 5 yrs!  Hahaha how stupid they are. If they were nice to me I would gladly give them the information they need to contact the 2 people they seem to be trying to find.  Now it's time to contact the FCC.

Had 2 different messages from this number yesterday...funny because the first time they called they said it was for my ex-husbands' new wife...which she has never had my phone number and my ex and I have been divorced for 7 yrs...the second time they called was for me...do they not realize that they called the same number 2 times and asked for different people? Not only that but I called the number back after 6pm and they answered, no law firm works after 6pm usually waiting for people to call them back...they said they were a "litigation" company and the B**** who answered demanded to know my name, which I didn't give her and when I called her a B***** she said that I wouldn't dare call her that to her face...I said I would and she said that I wouldn't have any teeth left and I said go ahead because if you do I would be able to sue you...Obviously this is NOT a legitimate company...what professional company would have a piece of trash like that answering the phone
