Received a call from this number and they said the same thing when I listened to the vm. They needed to speak with me to update my record. I called the number for BCBS of LA on the back of my insurance card and they said they had no notes in my file about needing to update any info. They said if they were to try and contact me they would do it through the mail or some other secure way that we would know it was from them. They also claimed that this 855 number was toll free. Never new of an 855 number to be toll free.

Forgot to mention, I am also in Louisiana.

I got a call from this 412 number that left a vm asking me to call (855) 852-1270 to update my BCBS insurance info.  I just called customer service for my insurance a few times earlier this week to make a few inquiries.  That is something I've done maybe once before in the years I've had the insurance.  Coincidence?!

I received a recorded phone call to update my records on August 8th from this number.  No name or company name given.  Area code 407. Florida caller supposedly.  I did not call back.

Got a call saying they were Blue Cross at my ex-wife's house. Pretty sure it is not bcbs. NOT calling back.

I got the same call..I have been getting a rash of calls both on my landline & cell phone lately..Screw them, if I don't know who it is, I don't answer.

got a call from Blue Cross with an area code of  412 which is from Pennsylvania. I live in Louisiana. It was a recording that said to call this number to update your files. WTF?
