These people are calling me and my aunt looking for my sister and that she has a court date and needs to make a statement bla bla bla and funny the mans name is john longo or something like that. I know its a scam but how these people are connecting my name( i am married) And my aunts name which she is also married to my sister and we all live in different names

the appointed day came and went 2 weeks ago. I was quite interested to  find out what this could be. I just had a credit check ran and there was nothing on there. Bought a new car. Today I received another message same as what everyone else is stating. If I knew who they wer representing, I might respond. they have never once left any info that tells you who they are or who you might or might not owe.  I believe it is a scam.

I received a phone call harass ing me tell me im on a list to be serve and they try to come to my resident friday and saturday to serve me so they are sending sheriff

I am receiving harassing and threatening phone calls from 855-852-2772. They have called me and called my relatives saying that they are contacting the sheriff and coming to my house to serve me litigation.

The appointed day came and went.  Now, 2 days later, got another call saying they were here and could not locate me and it would be referred to the county sheriff.  I was actually here when they said they would be, so I don't think they actually show up, just scare tactics to make you call them.

Getting called every couple days with same message as others posted above.  If they do actually show up, be careful about signing their papers, as their papers look similar to "real" court papers, but are not. If someone shows up tell them they are trespassing and boot them off the property.  Follow the good advice above, especially about reporting them.

I recieved a call from a unknown number with the same message I was set to be served between the hours of 1 and 7 tomorrow.  No information was given as to why and wanted me to call 1*855*852-2772.  I'm not calling the number I am not giving this a second thought.  However I am going to report this number.

?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

Did you actually get served? If so, what kind of place is this. I just received the same message on my work line with no indication of what this is regarding.

This company might be related to Nationwide Arbitration out of NY.  Sounds like. the same tactics of being served..etc..etc.

Received a nasty voicemail from 855-852-2772 on 1-20-14 stating that if I did not return their call immediately, that I would be served papers on 1-24-14.  When I called the number, it went to a voicemail of a John Longell (spelling?), office manager.  Who are these people and do they think people won't take action!

got the call from this # threatening to serve us Friday 1/24/2014, 2-7pm; northern alliance; called them; explained for the 100th time they have the wrong name but our cell #; they claim they will cease and decist! NOT; these illegal companies transfer debts from one to another; think they get commission for how many callers they threaten in an amount of time!

I received a call from this number 01/20/2014 threatening me via voicemail; I would be served on Friday 1/14/2014 between 2p and 7p; to call 855-852-2772 for the information of who is serving me; the latest fraud collector I turned into the n.y. state attorney general office is zeller and associates w/a guaranty bank in Wisconsin; I repeatedly informed them I 'm not even the name u claim to want; but the phone number who they think they want has my number; of course these cell companies keep track easier off individuals by reusing cell numbers for the wonderful partner system we have for $!
Major suggestion; I have been removing my name from every people search site in this country; even it u shop on amazon; as a former federal employee I know how your governmental system partners with everything you use for even paying bills online; we're plastered all over the network; suggestion; get off any websites and don't even search them; they've got u even if u shop search; go back to some old way of getting info; it's been clear; technology is in the hands of the wicked!

This man calls and calls. He told me he was coming to my place of residence or employment right around Christmas and he just called and said he would be here Friday between 2 and 7. Bring it!!!! Good luck finding my place of employment because I can't even find a place of employment.

I got a call today on my job threatening to serve me papers.

Came up on Caller ID as Unknown name and unknown number.  Automated message said we were scheduled to be put on "list to be served".  Left 855-852-2772 as number for more info. When I called the number back, the person was very rude so I hung up on him.

Yea they've been really harassing me too! I've told my attorney and he's looking in to it. He did want me to ask if anybody has bought or signed up for anything on the Internet recently? May be some type of scam. I signed up for a account on the Internet about 2 weeks ago and then the calls started. Please let me know if this sounds familiar! Thanks!

They are harassing me @ work and call 4 times a day to leave an automated threatening message to come to the job. I called the number back & asked them not to call the job but the person said the calls will not stop until debt paid. I will lose my job if the calls do not  stop at work. It is unbearable. they will not stop calling the job #. The person then turned around and called the job again threatening. I want to file a law suit and need to contact my employer for assistance.
