So, it is Monday at 2pm and still nothing. Worried about I am sure nothing. I filed a.police report,  police officer said total scam. These scam artist need to get locked up sad, to put hard working people through thia mess.

Yes I wand  do that on monday morning. I did call that number Today and  it was the same guy that called me stating he was represting crossman and associates. Thank you.  Will keep you all posted  

You may also want to print up this thread and give it to your HR Dept and/or manager - so they know you're being harassed by scammers.

Total scam.  Real process servers don't let you know when they are coming by.  Scam debt collectors.  Do not call them back.
Don't pay any attention to their threats.

The thank you everyone for the information. Andy, never gave his last name, he also called place of employment,  my coworker called me upset regarding this she told him she didn't know me hut he continued to give her the information and that my supervisor must be present to witness him serving me papers. Really!! For some reason my nerves me on this one, I feel harassed,  threatened, and scared when Monday comes around. I am pretty sure it is not true, I have been getting calls for years  about people serving me papers and never happened, but he had date, time and where. I will go to state of de police department tomorrow and file a complaint. These.people need to get locked up.

REAL process servers do NOT call you - they just show up, unannounced!  They also don't tell you to call a number for information regarding papers - again, all a process server does is serve court summons.  The only "Crossman Associates" I can find are land surveyors and real estate companies.

Anyone else receive a call from this number? A guy named andy called at 7pm this evening stating he is a licensed processor calling for crossman associates attorney at law gave 855 854 4484 to call back with information regarding papers that will be served to me on Monday at my work or home. I can call the 855 number regarding the case and to change the date for the papers to be giving to me. Can not find anything on this company except there in oh, but number doesnt match.

Not sure what to do. Thanks
