They called 3x in one day. When I called # on caller I.D. back, they identified themselves as Charter One bank. They wanted my credit card #. They wouldn't tell me what call was for without the info. They claimed that the call may have originated from another of their offices in N. Carolina despite my contacting same number. Sounds Pfishy to me..... Spoofers beware!  I'm documenting all of you to have you tracked by the authorities once I'm fed up with your credit card frauds for good!
