Hey troll -- how exactly can you see their face over the phone?  How exactly can you sue them for "attempting to sue a financial institution" -- isn't that a criminal statute?  Hey I'm just asking

We disgust you because we're informing the public about scammers posing as debt collectors who try to cheat people out of their hard earned money. Sucks to be you, I guess.

I see they're still selling those defective keyboards in Asia. The one's with the stuck 'caps' key. Maybe one of our helpful, yet fake, Computer tech's can 'help' him. A shill cheating a shill. The irony!

Professional Debtor disgusts me. He obviously knows he is responsible for all of the tripe posted here by the various con-artists, thieves, and off shore extortionists. Sure I can use guerrilla tactics, like politely ask Professional Debtor to go find the nearest wood chipper in operation and kindly jump inside, yet he would continue to spew swill regardless.
I'm a Fox and would gladly pretend to be human, just to mess with Professional Debtor, so don't think him to be self-righteous or take his advice.
...because he is pathetic.

Why are you yelling at us?  No one said they don't owe the debt...read for comprehension much?  This issue here is not with the amount owed or even if it's owed; the issue here is with the tactics that DC companies (like the one you work for) use when trying to recover what they perceive to be owed to them or their client.

Oh, you must be psychic too!  As well as having zero reading comprehension.  The first poster did not state that she owed a loan to anyone, only that a similar call she received had been found to be a scam.  The second poster only listed resources for people to read, and the fact that debt is civil, not criminal.  Please DO let the door hit your ALL CAPS RANT hiney on the way back to the boiler room!  It's that way! ----->

You can not be thrown in jail for a debt owed, its civil matter, not criminal. Google also does not show up anything to this so called company.  Looks/sounds like another extortion scammer then.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.
