There is no point in putting this here, I highly doubt the people who operate from the number actually read this. If you want the calls to stop, call and deal with them tell them you do not want them calling your home and to only deal with you through the mail. Saying stop here will not make a difference in your life to be honest.

I got a few calls from them in the last week regarding an over due account. My current balance this moth is $17 and it isn't even due for another three weeks. I called this 1-855 number back and they claim to be Rogers saying I owe over $2,000 for an account that was cancelled May 2013 and have not yet received a bill they Sk for a lot of information that I wouldn't give and said I was going to get all my info and call them back. I called 1-877-559-5202 the real Rogers number to confirm I only had one open account with a balance of $17 the man laughed and said that 1-855-862-6423 was a scam and not to give any information to them or pay them.

I was up on the roof of a bank, just sitting there in my ski mask when I got a call from this number. Everyone was like "What ho! who's this" and called 911. I ran away. LOL

They give a fake name and will not give a Agent # or ID, have a PO-Box in Don Mills for a contact address, and when you call them on it they Hang Up.
Notify Rogers ASAP!
Or call the RCMP fraud squad @ 1-888-495-8501.

I got a phone call from this number in the middle of class. Teacher did not find out though ;). Buzzed for about 4 seconds then connection got cut. As I read these comments, it looks as if there is a major scam going on... anyone else want to agree?

I ignored there call and now they wont stop calling me back.

My mother just got a call from this number.  The voice mail says it is Rogers Wireless, however she hasn't had a Rogers mobile account for years.  Hoping there wasn't a balance still owing when she cancelled her service.  Would suck if they are finally letting her know about it now.  

One thing I am confused about is other places online are saying these calls are actually from a place called Total Debt Recovery (or a name similar to that).

I almost did the same thing today...but then I got wise and asked Rep every bit of detail he could give me including past addresses....the original one from 16yrs ago. He commended me for being so safe. I DID call the 1-800 number after to just make sure and yes it is a legit call. My credit card was compromised; therefore, refused payment to Rogers....this is truly their collections service. BUT we can never be to safe. :) lol.

It IS Rogers....and either you have missed a payment or your account has been compromised. I just had a long talk with them. Then I called main Rogers number backed and asked if indeed it was their security /collections service. Yes it is.

Rogers Collection Service....check your bill or your account. It may be either in arrears or compromised. It takes a few minutes for their computer to switch from pc to person;therefore, no immediate answer to your hello.

It is Rogers collection service. It is a legit call and number. I had a problem with my credit card being compromised and it refused payment for my Rogers account. This number called to tell me I was in arrears. Once I stated that it had been taken care of Rogers Rep was able to confirm it. I then called the number back and also the main Rogers number to make sure this number is legit. It is!!!! So if you're getting a call from them there is something wrong with your account payment. ;)

If you press a number or any button on the fone during a tone, it'll basically acknowledge you consented the forwarding of your line at your expense for a LD scam.

It has to be a scam. Just got a brand new phone/number through Telus. I have never had a cell phone with Rogers. They called twice the first day my phone was activated. I never answered.

I have recieved calls frm this number as well as 14169355555.. Rogers confirmed its a phishing scam.

I forgot to add...you shouldn't give out your credit card information to any one who calls you, instead, call Rogers on their website number and sort out your bills.

THEY ARE BILL COLLECTERS FROM ROGERS!!!!! NOT SCAMMERS!!!!                                            I had several calls from this phone number and often there was no one on the other end. I googled this number and read the responses below and believed it to be some type of scam. Well, one day there was a person, a French gal, on the other end and I told her to have a slow, painful death since I thought she was a scammer. Later that day, I opened a bill from Rogers and my bills had not been payed by pre-authorized credit card as I had tried to set up a few months prior! So I called Rogers' using their website 800 number and got my overdue bill and automatic payments sorted out. I told the Rogers guy, David, about what I did earlier that day to the 855 caller, and he laughed and told me that Rogers - had - called me earlier that day!!! Oops! I asked if there was any way to send an apology to the Rogers employee but sadly there was no way.  

Alright this number is a scam from some people pretending you need to call them concerning your rogers account. I called rogers on the number On their website. They confirmed me it is not them and this is a scam. Do not give them ANY information about you or your account.

What the hell? You all saying call is from Rogers. My account is paid in full every month. Now someone is calling my home phone from a 855 #.

I just received a call from this number but did not get to the phone on time.  Star 69.  I have an unlisted telephone number and have never had a Rogers account for anything.  ??

I got the same call this morning while on the bus.
Fortunately i did not answer as I was on the bus!

these goofs keep calling from one number untraceable, same guy calls leaves message with different names. Got annnoyed and called back original number got clicking noises but no pickup. Hung up and this number called I answered no one spoke just clicking noise.  Funny if it is Rogers as I just spoke to them and they told me what a great corporate customer I am.
