These guys are scammers.  They steal credit card info.  They use work at home scam for people to think they are working for a real business. Indian, Jamican and African American.  Stay clear of them.

They leave no message, but I owe no one??

Yeah, that's what they told me... I owed $30 on a Latin Musical CD (Which I never would hear or even think about buying.) They said they were a third party company collecting debt over 4 years ago. The speaker was Indian, and the supervisor was the same. Do not pay them and tell them to cease all phone calls or you will call the Attorney General and file a FTC complaint.

I get 3 calls everyday and I pick it up and they would tell me that I owe an outstanding balance of $30 on a Latin musical CD. Like really. Who would buy a CD at $30 and it's Latin. The speaker, name Raj, had an Indian accent and says "Trust me, this is not a scam.". This is also exactly word by word what he said, "We are a million dollar company and we wouldn't harm our clients". They are a third party company whose "clients" are CD company.

Allegedly, I owe $30 four years ago and they will call me until I pay them $30 either check or debit/prepaid/credit card. I said I needed physical proof and they said. "Of course sir, but we will give you the bill handy until we receive your account payment...So how would you like to pay it?" The supervisor.... Different name by the name of Christian Anthony, but he has the same voice as Raj. It's like that "This is Peggy: Capital One" commercial.

I am not of legal age to even have a credit card and four years ago would make me 10 years old and I didn't have a computer to order a $30 Latin CD.

I contacted my state attorney general, Martha Coakley, and she said to immediately give them a warning by asking their name, company, phone number, address and to send them a "Cease and Desist letter" and that you have gotten legal advice from your state attorney general (lie or call them). Do not, never, give out your bank account or credit cards. This is a fraud company and they are 100% alike Nigerian scammers.

PS: IT IS REQUIRED BY LAW BY THE FDCA TO GET WRITTEN PROOF BY 30 DAYS.

PS: YOU MUST SAY " I DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THESE DEBTS" (regardless if it is or not)

PS: IF THEY CALL AGAIN (OVER 2 TIMES IN ONE DAY), TELL THEM TO CEASE ALL CALLS OR YOU WILL FILE A COMPLAINT ON THE COMPANY WITH THE FTC.

The best thing you can do is record and always question. Never release any info and tell them to shut up or you will file a law suit with the FTC.

Same thing happen to me left message I called back first I ask where were they calling from they refused to tell me and ask for my name.

I operate on a cash only system and they said it was something i purchased years ago. I really believe it is a cold call scam.

I received a call from this number this morning and called them back after they didn't leave a message.
The lady that answered just said, "Hello" - not identifying her company or anything - also, she had a very heavy middle eastern accent.  She claimed she had a debt in my nickname - sorry but you can't get credit under anything but your first name.  She wanted me to verify my address - which I did not.  But I did get their address so that I can send them a cease and desist letter.  Here it is for anyone who wants to mail them:

I received 5 calls today within the last 2 hours. I called the number back and it told me to wait. Meanwhile I could hear static and about 4 mins in it hung up on me. I called it back again and it went to a busy tone and disconnected. I dont play well with fraud calls. I went right to my cell phone company and blocked there number. Its a bunch of scam artists looking to make it big off of us!

He calls allday sound foreignm and sometimes says nothing when u answery

This people call me everyday and do not leave any voice messages nor do they identify me.  When they called to day I screamed "Leave me the {expletive} alone" and I hung up the phone

if u did not reive any bill u can tell them that u need bill and u will investige this matter if u found u owe this..
this is 21 century every one paying their bills online and over the phone, so if your redy to pay over the phone get all the valid information from that advisor, with supervisor name and manager details,

1-855-864-3453 has been on my caller id when they call. may be once or twice a week. but, i am not answering any calls that i do not recognize. if it is really important, the caller will leave a message..they did not!

Keep getting a call from these people. Say they are collecting on an old bill. Thing is they say its for BMG music and Ive never ordered anything from them. I asked to let me know what I bought .. they couldn't tell me and I asked for a bill to be mailed and I would look in to it. Have yet to get a bill.  Then they tried threatening with its on my credit report and has been since 2007 which I called bull s*** on them because my husband and I both lost our jobs in the recession and unfortunately had to file bankruptcy , so I knew it couldn't of been there or it would have been cleared.  O well

Received a phone call from this number yesterday. It was a male, with a distinctive Indian accent that was very difficult to understand. The connection was terrible, giving me a clue that this was an overseas phone call. Without allowing me to get in a word in during his speech, he demanded a credit card or banking routing number for a book that I apparently purchased. He could not tell me when I purchased the book, but did say I purchased it in Rhode Island. I have never been to RI nor do I order books through the mail. I told him to send me an invoice regarding the bill. Then the male said he was going to lose his job and license if he didn?t get my credit card number at that time. With me being an accountant, I know all my bills are paid and demanded an invoice showing the information then I will settle the matter once it is received. He was very persistent on obtaining my financial information and stating that this is the only time the price would be low and that the bill will be higher if he sends the invoice. He was advised that this is fraud and it will be reported. We went around talking in circles to the point where I hung up on him.

How do you get these people to stop calling? I already told them to email or mail me the bill and I would take care of it if it belongs to me.  I have not received anything. I am not paying for anything through the cell phone. They are idiots if they think I am going to give them my cc number.

NRA collection company.  They call multiple times a day for a $25.00 bill that has increased to $259.17 because of the fees they have added.

I got  3 times call this moening form same # . They did noot leave a message. I checked it seems it is from Combodia....
I advise call your phone company  and report this issue as well  NEVER EVER ANSWER  ANY  CALL YOU DONT KNOW THEM !!

Received phone call, obviously a gentlemen from India, difficult to understand, assumption is old bill. Give him credit for politeness.

Just had a call from this number.  Just said 800 Service and the 855-864-3453 number.  Weird part was you could hear another person that sounded like an operator putting the call through asking who he was calling, what has name was and where he was from.  Because of the accent (India??) I couldn't understand anything he said to her.  She then "put the call through"  He asked for me but butchered my first and last name.  I told him no one by that name lived here - if you can't pronounce  my name, not talking to you!  He said he was sorry to bother me and hung up. Only good thing is it was on my land line and not my cell!

just got a call from the same number just a few minutes ago and all they said on my machine was hello hello. just stop these people

I just received 5 consecutive calls from this number.  They stayed on the line long enough to leave silent voicemails.

Got a call from this number. No voice message left.

I receive a call from this # every so often.  They only call once or twice and then they stop calling.  I just ignore it and they usually stop for a month or two.

Received a call from the same number today saying I owed them money for a past due account from 5 years ago. They also had a previous address of mine, which was the only address I've ever had listed in a phone book. I told them I would be happy to take a look at it if they wanted to mail or e-mail the contents of the bill. The gentleman said he would check with his supervisor.

Another guy by the name of Fred (both had Indian accents) got on the phone, said they were calling about a past due account then told me to hold on. I held for about 45 seconds before they dropped the call. They called back 20 seconds later, I answered and got dead air. The call disconnected after 10 seconds. Very weird.

Just got a call on my cell phone from this number. It has a + before the number:+855-864-3453. Thanks for the posts from other victims. I will not be answering their calls.

NRA - National Recovery Agency - foreign accent bill collectors

This is a crew  of last chance bill collectors.  They've been calling my number since I got it looking for the hooker/escort/prostitute that had the number 2 1/2 half years ago.

I've tried being polite and explaining.  These days I tell them off in no uncertain terms.
