Possible fraud call.

It is the USPS buisness solution center, normally I don't pick up calls unless its Caller ID'd, but I was glad that I found out about some mailing information that actually could be useful. The representative was polite and informative.

this is infact USPS, it is part of there "Direct Mailing" service for buisiness which i used.
if you go on the USPS website and inquire about the service, they will follow up with this call.
i spoke to the person there and they were very helpful and i use this serive !
it is a very easy and cost effective way to send marketing mail to a very specific area that you want to market.

The only reason the postal service is having problems is because the government won't keep their hands out of the till and they won't let the postal service sell what they want, they want that tight control on their cash cow. It is a marketing call but it's for your benefit, they offer mass marketing mailings at reduced prices. It's actually a good idea. Find out the facts.

100% legit if it was from that number. It is USPS Business Solutions. They are promoting (EDDM) a targeted direct mail advertising program with significantly reduced postage rates and also reduced rate online USPS shipping services. Definitely worth a listen if you ship packages or advertise. I am using this program for 1st quarter next year when my allocated advertising budget will be available.

I would just like to say that I too thought this was an internet scam. After some thorough research and a call to my local DA's office, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only is this not a scarm, but it's not even a sales call! A friendly employee was able to help me by offering solutions to my shipping needs. I save so much money compared to UPS especially for Saturday deliveries. They also offer free tracking now! All I had to do was sign up for a business account and it was completely free! I am so proud to live in a country with this kind of service. Long live the USPS!

There is no such thing as a DNC list for businesses it is only for residential listings. If you are running a small business from your home and using your home phone or cell phone for your business you're out of luck. Many times companies are happy to remove you from their data bases but the person who answers and asked to be removed from a call list needs to verify their name and number first. Most are happy to comply even in the case of businesses.
J 2013-08-28 18:05:00 Unknown
You should really get your facts straight. The USPS has contracted a company to assist small and mid sized businesses generated revenue and save money on their shipping costs. These are NOT sales calls!!

No Robo call from that number, only live people and very helpful. If you own a business and want to advertise or just have that extra tool to use give them chance.

Just had a call from 855 868 0759, Lisa, sd calling on behalf of USPS. Very brief. Asked if use Priority Mail, yes. Asked if use on-line shipping Click-n-ship, told her yes. She said great. Just wanted to let us know could save money on shipping this way.
Isn't a scam and I don't work for the USPS. As a small business, we do ship packages by Priority Mail, print labels on-line and schedule pickups. It beats standing in line at the post office. This is no different than the mailings they have sent regarding using Priority Mail.

I got a call from 855-868-0759. They left a voicemail saying that she was Shannon Mead from USPS and please call her back at 855-868-0759 ext 7430183. Luckily, when I called back, I got her voicemail. I wish I had seen this before I bothered calling her back. Clearly it is a scam. I'm sure all those reviews here saying it's legit are from them, trying to do damage control. Nice try. Blocking the number as we speak.

If they keep calling after you asked to be removed you should be able to sue em for it, telemarketing calls after a dnc are illegal. just be sure to mark down the day you made first dnc request and each time they call again then head off to court to get yourself some cash.

It IS the United States Postal Service calling. They are marketing their door-to-door local mail service. No scam, no rip-off, just good marketing work.

Call was legit. I had requested info on USPS's Every Door Direct Mail program, which is an excellent and economical way for a small business to get its name out to the community. They were calling back to see if I had any questions.

This is a fraudulent call - my boss had gotten a message from a person calling herself Carolyn Rich from the USPS Click n Ship 855-868-0759 x7430129 - she was going to walk us thru how to print labels for postage for our packages. I called the USPS to see if this was a legitimate division of the Postal Service - it is NOT. Also, we had never requested any type of information nor did we have a case # for anything being investigated by the USPS. I was referred to the Fraud Division of the USPS and spoke with a representative that stated "the USPS doesn't make sales calls" and noted this sounded like a phishing scam. The caller will ask a yes or no question, and that's when they have you. Do not call these people back nor take a call from this number. Save yourself the trouble!!!

I got a call from a Nicole she said, she was with the United States Postal Priority Express Shipping about some Marketing Program, as her message stated. She said call her back at 1-855-868-0759 plus some Ext. I never signed up for this and I don't like cold calling, it's just a pain and too much scams going on in the world, so I guess the DO NOT CALL LIST is a big joke!!!!!! I am tired of this!!!!! I wish people would just stop.
Richard 2013-05-07 15:53:40 Unknown
It is the USPS sales . They just want to know if you would be interested in mass mail advertising and want to explain the rates and how to target your markets. You can do a post card size or larger and send it to specific zip codes. Do you have a business=-=it's worth taking a look see.

Mine was the same - Got a voicemail on my google voice number from the USPS, saying they wanted to tell me about some new direct marketing mail programs. I've only last week given the USPS that number, as the contact number for a package I sent, so it's clear that they're pretty efficient at using their customer's information for marketing purposes - I'm not even sure that package has been delivered yet, and I'm already getting calls as a result of giving it to them..
Amazing.. The only thing the government is good at, is wasting money and annoying me.

I have idea who this is, calls on my cell phone and no one knows my cell number but family, this should stop

Just the post office trying to sell u advertising
Cobra 2013-03-29 23:02:55 Unknown
I got a call from this number claiming to be from the post office wanting to reschedule delivery for a package. I refuse to call the number back as when googled it, shows to be a non valid area code. Called the USPS and they also said that there is a fraud alert about calls from the number. No return call from me!!
James 2013-03-01 19:40:28 Telemarketer
Claimed USPS origins, likely business/advertising sales pitch - postal service is going bankrupt and looking for any streams of revenue.

I just received a call from this number claiming to be Capital Business Solutions . They sell businesses . I receive several calls a day from this number. However when calling the number back it states that it is USPS so I guess Capital Business Solutions is spoofing off of this number.

This is the united states post office responding to an inquirey I had made into every door direct advertising for my company

I run a business and we were looking into something called every door direct mail from the united states post office, I had requested a mailing kit and then I recieved a call from this number and it was a rep assigned to me to help me. It was very useful and I was glad I called him back.
Allie 2012-07-16 20:34:43 Telemarketer
Yep, it is the USPS. I recently inquired about direct mail options for my business and they were calling me back. If you're getting a call from this number, it's probably marketing or sales related.
Carlos 2012-07-13 17:15:49 Unknown
I did as well on my Google Voice number. The RoboCall Claimed to be USPS but never completed its message, it hung up.
