I just got call today. I'm not a criminal!!! What is going on?

Got a message on my business line from this number.  They were looking for someone I had never heard of and said a charge/claim was made against this person and the person had one opportunity to call back to their offices.  They never once said the name of the company they were calling from - only referenced a claim number and boldly said the "name of the person" you have been officially notified! Was almost threatening though obviously whoever was leaving the message was reading a script.
