Received a faxed invoice PAST DUE notice, but an interesting note nowhere on this invoice does it have our company name?
I called the 855 871 8260 and spoke with Kevin Jones who had a very interesting accent who suggested this is normal and he would get back to me after checking out my invoice number.

I am very eager to pay this as it really does appear legitimate??? NOT!!

Says we owe for an online yellow pages ad from Mar2012 to Mar2013.  No person here authorized such a thing.  They were very eager to get payment via credit card when I called to inquire.

Got another "piece of paper" from this outfit.  At the top of the page is "FINAL NOTICE".  To me, final notice means you haven't paid a bill, however, there is no mention made of a dollar figure owing, unless it's a final notice just have the pleasure of advertising with them.   About the middle of the page it says "this is not a bill".  Then at the bottom of the page it looks like it could be an order form.  You are just not sure what this page is all about.  We did phone them, just for kicks, and they seemed to know who we were immediately.  Told us we owed money.  Don't plan on paying them anything. They have our address and fax number wrong, they obviously never got it from me. They just don't quit!

Scammers who send "Past Due" invoices for services that were never ordered. They demand payment, and say they do not normally pursue collection agencies, but if you don't pay they will consider it... don't fall for it. They have nothing they can use against you.  Even if they have a recording of one of your employees accepting their offer, you just say that the employee was not authorized to make those kinds of decisions. Fight it and they will eventually stop.

Received 2 "past due" notices for advertising that was never ordered the address is incorrect, but the phone ad fax numbers are and the customer contact is wrong. The invoice looks offical, but at the bottom it requests to sign the invoice with credit card and expire date.  The other thing that is strang is it is an incoice for feature listing for Feb 2012 to Feb 2013, but the invoice date is end of Feb 28, 2013.   Don't plan on paying it.

Received several "past due" notices for advertising that I've never ordered and for which I never received an initial invoice, just the "past due" ones.  We also keep getting called by them and we finally asked for proof of billing.  The man said he had a recording of our conversation, but they won't supply this recording.  When asked a second time for this recording he told us that he had my signature.  We asked him to fax it to us.  Well, it was faxed and there was my signature.  Now I know I never signed this invoice, as you can see a line underneath my signature like it was on a VISA authorization form, but it's been cut out and pasted on this invoice.  It is also very grainy, all done in dots like it was a faxed version of a faxed version.  I must admit I have been sucked in by these scam artists in the past and to have my signature in their possession says to me that they are all the same people, they just conveniently change their name and address, likely when the heat is getting to them.  We have traced some of the addresses to a UPS store, a bar and a house.  Hopefully anyone who reads this will not get sucked in like I was in the past and you just ignore all telemarketer call.
