This is a call from a collection agency.  They routinely ask you to verify your address so they can make sure they have the correct person.  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!!!!  They also routinely state that they are "investigators."  THEY ARE NOT INVESTIGATORS.  They are not the credit card/payday loan/auto loan police.  They are bottom feeders who will try any tactic they can think of to get your banking information.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFORMATION.  They will clean out your account.  This is NOT related to any loan payments or any other payments you are making via auto-pay through your bank.  BE SMART!  JUST HANG UP THE PHONE!!!!

GOT A THREATENING CALL FROM SARAH SAYS FILE CAME ACROSS HER DESK ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN I TOOK OUT IN 1994 THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LONG PAID OUT AND I EVEN HAVE A PAID IN FULL LETTER SAYS IF I DONT PAY BY FRIDAY 1600 DOLLARS ENFORCEMENT WILL BE TAKEN ON ME I TOLD HER TO GO AHEAD AND MY ATTORNEY WILL SUE HER AS I FILED TOTAL BANKRUPTCY LAST YEAR!

Left a msg on my cell stating his name was Jeff and he had a file to work on that was regarding someone I know and needed me to call him back asap, but said he couldn't leave me any information on voicemail.  He said he would be in meetings all day and that I could talk to any associate.  Doesn't sound right to me.

"Jeff" just called my cell with the same starting out line, "Hi, this is Jeff...a file just came across my desk about someone you know, and there's conflicting information I need you to help me with.  Please call me back asap, today is my deadline.  I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THE SCAMMERS WHO THINK WE ARE ALL SO VERY STUPID.  Can't get rid of them..stop them for a while, then they come back posing as someone else.  Very annoying

You are correct, scammers big time. All the posts here about car payments and credit card payments are made by the scammers so you will think it is ligit and call them back. Reported to Attorney General in my area and saving calls for my attorney and other law enforcement in my area.

Called and left message on cell and work voice mail. Does not identify who they are, but leavs harassing messages and number 855-875-6618. Starts off by saying Hi this is Jeff and a file just came into my office and has some conflicting information on it...goes on and on with harassing tactics. Sounds like and smells like a scam to me. They do not even address who they are calling about. Anyone who does not at least identify over the phone with a company name is running a shaddy operation. Do not call back.  Calls blocked and referred to Security and IT at work for tracking if any other calls come in. Do not let them scare you or give out any personal information. These are slime scum scammers who more than likely can't find a better job or work to do.

I think I know what this is... some damn magazine company called me.  I should have hung up, but they just kept nagging me.  I signed up for something, but since I don't have a credit card, I gave them a pre-paid card with no money.  So they are trying to hit me up about it, I guess.  That's okay, they will get nothing from me!

Yep, I just signed up for a similar banking service and these guys keep calling. I get tired of these scammers.

Harvey just called me from this number, it is EZ Pay, a collection company who wanted me to settle on a balance today.  He refused to send me any verification of the debt and wanted me to pay the balance in full today.  When I told him I would only pay the debt once the debt was validated he terminated the call.

They called me twice, once on my cell, and once at work, but at the same time, 2 simultenous calls.  

They were using scare tactics to try to get me to pay the full balance without verifying anything.  I'm willing to pay any debt that I owe, they refused to prove to me they owned any debt of mine, therefore I'm not paying them until they prove I owe them the debt.

This is the number scammers use when they put comments on this website to get you scared that someone is authorzing your credit card for payment towards something.
In other words this whole web page about this certain number is a hoax. Notice they are all around the same time frame and the same month.
They call you using the 855 number so you type it in to Google. So then you come here to see who called and see all these posts about authorizations for cardit card charges so then you call this number back and now they've got you on thier list and keep calling you about debt collections and all.
It is all pretty simple actually.

I get a call from these guys every time I charge more than $100 over the internet.  My bank uses them for credit card charges.

Called saying he understood I was refusing to pay a payday loan. I interrupted and told him we had filed bankruptcy and that all our creditors were notified and he said "not this one". Don't be fooled this is not just a payment processing center they are a collection agency. I gave him attorney's name and number but he kept trying to question me about  debt I supposedly refused to pay.  I hung up and then he immediately called my husbands cell. We didn't answer and he didn't leave a message. I'm notifying my attorney so he can sue them.

Receivables management is short for collection company calling to collect on payday loan. Acted shocked when I told him he was violating bankruptcy laws because I filed ch 13 and all creditors were included. Gave him attorney's name and number but he kept trying to question me so I hung up. Called my husbands phone right after. We didn't even answer. What an idiot because I'm notifying my attorney so he cas sue them.

This is the company that processes my credit card payment every month with my credit union.

These guys call my number every week looking for my brother for his weekly car payment he owes to a buy-here-pay-here car lot.
