Then they said a pre-paid debit card, that seems to be legit? They cannot get extra off that. Are these people legit. I am very upset by this. Please help.

My mother received a call from an Agent james, said for me to call this number back, gave me a case number. I called back she said she was from Hydra fund, I told her I have no money until Friday she said she is having someone serve me right now. I asked if I could have the address to make payments, she said they will only take credit debit or a prepaid card. Is this company Hydra Fund legal in the state of Illinois?
