You posted this already obviously you must be a competitor that works from home trying to take out the competition. I have an account that I manage myself but i allowed them to provide me the evaluation. I am Google certified on all platforms,if you know that means than you should be reading this if not than i don't know why you are. Being certified I can tell you that that surprisingly they did provide some great insight that i still use to this day so take advantage of the "Audit" and if you're capable use it and move on.

Well,

I am now done with the 3 months service I elected to pay for to improve my adwords performance.

I think it is clear that this company could do a better job of explaining its services, payment procedures, and what work product a customer will receive at the end of the process.

They did improve my page position, click through rate and improved the quality of the users my adverts were presented to - however the response I received through the call tracking was really not impressive and has lead me to reconsider whether adwords is really a viable advertising service for my type business.

We did have a disagreement at the end of the process when they would not hand over the work product because a "setup fee" had been waived at the beginning of the job - but they later reversed this decision.

Overall the experience was positive and I believe this to be a good company - I would just advise anyone that uses such a service to carefully understand what you are buying and what you can expect. And of course keep good records of your conversations.

Also keep in mind that some types of businesses may be a better fit for this service than others. Just because you dont get amazing results does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with the service. Everyones mileage will vary.

One experience i can say on White Shark Media is that they do not and cannot provide you with excellent services. I did not do it once but for 3 months as they say they can offer and quote as this guy name mike told me before that it would take them 3 months to put me up to an optimal level which is all bogus. they not only made me loose me but they did it for 3 consecutive months in a row.. don't even know how they even received their certification.

Finally a reasonable, negative review from someone with actual direct experience with the company.

I have paid for their service and will report back on my experience. For the moment I will be wary of your bad experience.

I have also been passed off to another person to have work done on my account - but I am not overly concerned yet. This is just part of the economics of running this kind of business. I will however voice this as a concern up front and hold them to their claims -making sure the results are measurable.

Yes the info is "all there" on the Adwords site -but be carefully to not over simplify. This is a fairly complex field. Even a small improvement in the quality and/or quantity of clicks could easily pay for the cost of such a service.

Whats really funny is that your whole assertion is based on the capitalization of the name they chose.

Obviously I don't work for them because you will notice my name is capitalized... but wait... no last name hmmmm.

From the Jimmy Neutron cartoon:

"You gotta help me Jimmy... if don't I'll have to depend on idiots.... and you know how unreliable they can be."

Wow. How come many of the folks screaming "scammer" etc sound more like they need to up their anti-depresant  meds?

What difference does it make why this person found this site a year later? You draw connections and conclusions with no basis.

I guess its a good thing I used a capital on my name or you guys would be attacking that too.

Nobody likes telemarketers (especially me) - but some of you come off as real wack jobs that are hard to take seriously.

I just hired this company - they were credible (and not an SEO company). I'll see how it turns out for me.

Let us know how it works out for you... my experience with SEO / PPC has been unsatisfactory, especially when they are soliciting you. Been ripped off twice now, I'll not be bitten again guaranteed.  When receiving unsolicited calls for these type of services, do your self a favor, do your due diligence check them out before agreeing to any service free, trial or contracted.

Response to Rowena Reyes reg. the scam accusations:

Our local business website product page thoroughly explains how the payment for the website ($598) is divided in two payments. This is to increase the transparency and to show that we believe our Clients will be happy with the website they receive:

http://www.whitesharkmedia.com/web-services/local-business-website/

The website-related charge happened twice as according to our payment conditions and the website was delivered on time (14 days before the 2nd payment).

We received a complaint earlier from Ms. Reyes in December, which was closed with the help and cooperation of the Better Business Bureau.

Kind regards,

Survey
I have been working with whiteshark media for over 1 year and it has been very good for us.  They have been very good at increasing our rankings on google in the regular search results and in bringing more targeted phone calls and email traffic to our website.  We were so happy with the performance that we decided to work with them on website redesign project and are considering the Bing campaign management service in addition to the google adwords service they provide for us.

I read a few negative reviews here, but I must say that I had a great experience with them at all levels from Ramses-my adwords manager to Brenda-my customer service rep, to the vp who called 2xs to make sure I am happy. I give them 2 thumbs up for customer service!! and three thumbs up for price and overall value for the $$!!!

my experience was unfortunately a$400 lesson. i did speak with a very knowledgeable technician that walked me through what was wrong with my Adwords campaigns (i did myself). He had very valid and constructive advise that would definitely help and would likely increase website traffic and save money. given that I hired the company for a $400 start up . at first they seemed helpful but then i was handed off to another service agent that did not know nearly as much as the first "sales person" I actually did more work on the campaign than they did. When it finally launched my costs quadrupled and  I lost traffic big time. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and worked with them but their response was to increase bids on some key words and reduce on others. This i could have done myself! With my traffic and subsequently orders dropping off like never before I contacted the first sales person and said if they couldn't get the campaign producing at least to what I had on my own that I want to cancel their service and asked for a refund of the remaining amount (maybe $100) he said "I am sorry to hear that our relationship has come to this but I am unable to help you". that was it... didn't hear a thing for 2 weeks then the junior technician emailed as if nothing happened.

I did discuss the problem with the junior technician but I ended up deleting their access to the Adwords account and honestly within 1 week i was up and getting huge traffic and request for quotes from the site.

Save your money and go to you tube and watch tutorials on how to set up your account. it is all there.

Company is a Google Adwords partner, accessed my Adwords account (with my permission of course) and had reasonably informed observations.  I am a reasonably intelligent computer guy, but will probably give them a try myself, since this is a fairly specialized area of expertise, and you know how bad we computer guys are at marketing, hah.

Wow, "mike" and "sam" both have great things to say about the company and both spell their names with all lower case. Couldn't possibly be the same person. Certainly couldn't be the owner of whitesharkmedia posting fake comments. Nah, that would never happen. After all, any company that spams people with telemarketing cold calls would be way to ethical to post fake reviews recommending themselves...

Got a call asking for me by name.  They said it was from USPPC regarding my Google Adwords account.  Caller ID said "Unknown name:  4116."  I had to ask him for the phone number since 4116 isn't a phone number.
