I posted by resume on Monster and Dice, the next day I start getting 3 times a day calls from 8am to 9pm from Monarch Recovery.  Of course they don't say who they are.    I returned their call and requested that they put my number on their "DO NOT CALL" list or I would file a complaint with the FCC.  www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0108-national-do-not-call-registry? If the company calls again, it may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000 ]  Their processes to get information from job seekers resumes and then to continue to call after you request that they don't are illegal.   The women I asked to put me on their DO NOT CALL list said that my phone number was not in her database and therefore she could not put me on the list.  I explained to her how that did not make sense, since their system keeps calling my number and that a DO NOT CALL list can accept any number.   She said that that does apply to their line of business...

It's Monarch Recovery or whatever they call themselves now.  It (or they?) is a debt caller and once in a while when I listen to the messages that they leave on Voice mail, they are actually asking for someone who  lives here; but just as many times, the calls are for someone else!  The debt they are calling about is rather questionable, which is why I never paid the 'alleged' debt, way back whenever.

I have seen such a commitment and diligence from this incessant caller 855-880-6085. The calls begin as early as 8:30 AM and continue like clock work throughout the days and finally around 9:00 PM they stop calling. They call approximately every 2 hours and do not leave a message. I cannot imagine what is so important that they feel the need to call me so diligently but I would go out on a limb and say that if it was a critical call, a voice message would be left behind every 2 hours along with the annoying, unwanted and unwelcome calls. Please stop these calls!!!

I have been receiving phone calls on my business cell phone from this number for over a week several times a day and they will not leave a message.  I finally called back on another phone line and demanded that they tell me who they were and they wouldn't.  He said they were looking for someone named Maria, who is not me.  I continued to demand who they were and why they were calling.  I asked if they were a collection agency of some sort and he said no.  He said he would take my phone off the list but I told him I still wanted to know who he was. I demanded numerous times and he would not tell me. It got rather heated and I finally got frustrated and hung up.

This number appears quite frequently on my home phone while I'm at work but they leave no message.  Tried calling this muber back and all I get is "please wait, your call is important to us" repeatedly.

??? If they call you and you don't answer that does not cost you any minutes.  You can leave your phone on, just don't answer.

Calls all hours wanting personal info on previous resident.  EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!

This number has been calling my husbands cell phone ( which he barely uses 15 minutes a month) two times a day lately with no message left.  I have been turning his phone off, these people are just wasting minutes and he does not know who Monarch Recovery is and does not owe them anything.  These low lifes are starting to be a big business money maker I hear and now I see why, if they ever call when I have the phone on I will let them have it!!!!

WE get calls from this number all hours of day and night.  I did answer one time, and the person whomever it was,  didn't even speak english!!   They never leave a message, and I tried calling this number back,  and got a disconnected message.  How do we get these idiots to stop calling,  we are on the do not call list,  but that doesn't seem to help at all.   I would love to badger them all day and night like they do us!

This number calls all hours of the day and night!!!   From early in the morning,   8:00AM,  up until 10PM.  If you answer,  no one is on the other end,  they never leave a message,  its disgusting!   If it was so important why can't the caller identify themselves and TALK !!    Sick and tired of this caller constantly badgering our home with calls and it always comes up unknown

Purchased a debt from someone and called trying to get personal information form me.  What they need and what I will give are not congruent.  Lousy, unprofessional, lacking in the ability to relate in a way that is professional.  Just block their number.  That will help for a while, and what ever you do do not give them any information, personal or otherwise.

They called me this morning from this number, but have previously used others and all get the silent ringtone treatment. They never leave voicemail, and they are well known for scamming and nasty tactics. They have been calling me for over a month now.

These idiots call our biz fax number several times a day. We've had this unlisted fax number for 15+ years, so they must just call random numbers. What a waste of time!

Monarch recovery

Called the number back after receiving several calls without messages and no answer when I answered.  Guy said it was Monarch Recovery Management and was looking for someone else with my number.  Scam?? Monarch Recovery Management is a debt collection company.
