I will answer them too. I also have websites hosted with them. However, I wish they would leave a message to let me know what it's about. Or, even leave a message on my site when I log in..

I logged on to my Network Solutions Account and typed in a fake telephone that don't work, this ended the calls

We have been getting this call also. And no one is on the line when we answer.  I tried calling Network Solutions and after 3-4 minutes going from one list to another of press this number for this....  Then wait time after all that was going to be 5 minutes... I hung up.  I have been with Network Solutions for our web site for several years. I just can't believe they would be telemarketing like this.  When I have more time, I will try calling them again to find out about this number calling us.

These people call my voicemail eight times a day.  They've been doing this for the last three months.  I have deliberately avoided calling them back, due to their improper behavior.  I am fed up.  I am a Network Solutions customer, but I have no reason to believe whoever this is, is really Network Solutions.  It has to be a 3rd party marketing company acting on behalf of Network Solutions.  I intend to get to the bottom of this.  I've never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life, from a company who calls nonstop.

The CEO of Network Solutions is about to hear from me, and if I can figure out who's running the telemarketing operation, that CEO or marketing manager is going to hear from me as well.  And then I'll post the info here if I can get it, so other people can write.   This is ridiculous.

All I can think is, whoever's in charge of this campaign must have bought the book "Hound Your Way To a Sale."  And these reps who are training under this program are doomed, if they believe it's a good way to conduct business.

The stalker called at this number 8558819246 no one is on the phone so I hang up. The caller was my stalker for the past 8 years. He can't leave without hearing my voice and looking at me so he has been harassing me for the 8 years. He works at Berkshire Hathway in San Francisco at 525 Market St., 30 & 31 floor, SF, CA. He probably at Berkshire Hathway office too in San Diego.  I have been spy by the stalker wherever I go, whatever I do especially at home and at work.  My properties has been burglarize by the stalker and also the company I worked with. The stallker is the one who send email (see email below). The stalker never stop harassing me at work and at home.  The computer at work has been hacked by the stalker.  Sometime I received spam email from IRS (see below).

I know who called on this number it was my stalker (wickeneed evil stalker).  Everyday he called in the office just to get attention same number the stalker used none stop..

Received phone call on my cell. No VMAIl left. Glad I found this resource. I am a NetSol customer, just not in need of additional services at this time.

I have also received calls form this number and like the rest they did not leave a message.  I make it a habit not to answer any call without a proper ID.  It appears to serve me well.  If they don't want you to know who they are, the odds are you don't want to talk to them.

Rings nobody answers

I have had 11 missed calls from this # in the past 3 days -- 6 TODAY alone!!!! (and numerous ones last week also). I want it to stop, but I don't want to answer/call back simply based on principle. I could give a hoot (censored myself here) if it's network solutions - nothing merits this kind of harassment. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I am also receiving calls from this number. I do in fact have a Network Solutions hosting account. I guess I will go ahead and answer next time.

This number calls and everytime I answer it they hang up. ANNOYING!

If it is Network Solutions you probably have hosting or a domain registration with them. I do. They are calling me over and over. I haven't answered it yet but after coming here I probably will next time.

Actually, that only applies for up to one year after your transaction with the business. After that, if you have not had any further transactions, the company may not call you without violating do not call.

Received a call and heard background noise and then they hung up. Once a day.

Just received a call from 855-881-9246 ... picked up -- no one was there... THEY hung up after 18 seconds.

Thank you for all of these posts. The calls come in every day, several times a day, when I do answer, no one is on the line, ever.

I called AT&T and asked for an abuse block, they said they don't have the capability, but they do if I pay $4.99 a month! The customer service rep was understanding and offered the first month free... but still. I'm not paying to stop calls.

With the above info I called Network Solutions and asked to be on the do not call list. Also informed her that this sort of telemarking practice hurts their business and about the angry forums related to this phone number. Wether that gets passed on or not, who knows.

I keep getting calls from 855-881-9246, which I refuse to pick up, but see now that others have received this call. I am complaining to the appropriate state and federal agencies about this, but anything will help. I do not know or even care who the company is.

Just called and told them how pathetic it is that a technology company trying to market technology services doesn't have a dialing system that works! I get called every morning and no one is on the other end. I found this tread and others and finally decided to call. The rep was courteous (and I was brutally honest) and she said she would tell her supervisor and take me off the list.  I explained that other existing customers have  already done that and nothing seems to help.

So, they're going to take me off the list. Great for me.  Doesn't change the fact that they have a very annoying marketing plan with this dialing system, not to mention it doesn't work, and I'll never get the 15 minutes back I spent telling them that.

I too am a customer of NetSol. After daily calls for a week or two, I finally answered the 'toll free number' call. There were several several seconds of silence before the caller came on. (clearly predictive dialing) He was marketing additional services. He was polite. I mentioned that I generally don't answer anonymous calls and suggested that if the call was labeled Network Solutions I would have answered. Hopefully the calls will stop. If they don't I will call customer support and ask them to stop.
