THOUGH IT WAS A SCAM UNTIL PEOPLE REALLY CAME TO MY JOB WITH DOCUMENTS BEFORE I SIGNED OFF I CONTACTED NUMBER  RESOLVED IT THEY PUT A STOP ORDER AN THE PRIVATE CARRIER LEFT NO JOKE PEOPLE NOT A SCAM

Obviously its a collection agency, if they threaten you with jail they are probably fraudulent, however if they are discussing a bill you actually owe, they can take you to court, and only if judgment is granted will you be responsible for court fees. otherwise if its about something you are unaware of, ignore it...

The 855 area code is VERY frequently used by scammers.  Best to take all calls from that area code with several grains of salt.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

This number called saying they are looking for my wife for a court date she missed and it's a time sensitive matter that needs to be handled today. When I called the lady answered "can I help you", when I asked what company this was she got very angry and said she couldn't tell me until I told her who I was, then she said for security reasons she could not tell me, then when I asked what state she was in she hung up on me the number is 855-884-4552
