Received a threatening call telling me to call 855-884 4795 to avoid being served at work.  The incoming number was blocked.  I'm retired and haven't worked in 5 years.  Lots of luck.

I received a call from 855-884-4795 and NO ONE calls you to tell you they are going to serve you.  Anyone who gets on here and tells you they are so glad they paid the dept is CRAZY.  They work for the company who is trying to steal from you.  DO NOT call them back they are not real.  This person called me called my boss and called another co-worker all in a matter of 15 minutes.  Really what kind of person does this.  This is wrong and DO NOT call them.

Must be a slow day in the boiler room. Aren't you crooks stealing enough money to hire a GOOD liar to post on here?

I was not going to call these yoyo's back. But after readiing these posts I did.  And I am so glad I did. They Actually were nice professional and clear about the debt that had been overlooked on my part.
Now its taken care of and now no more calls.

I do think there are scams out there though. So be careful. Ask questions and do your due diligence. Don't give out your personal or financial information until you 100% confirm who you're talking to and why.

Rachel which state do you live in? In Texas bill collectors cannot garnish your wages.  This company uses all sorts of tactics to collect on old debts that they bought so I was really surprised that you were served at home and the fact that they will garnish your wages??? Interesting...

I would definitely suggest calling them, I didn't think they were real or legit either, til they showed up at my house with all the paperwork and at that point when I wanted to call to take care of it, they wouldn't talk to me since I had already been served. Now I'm probably going to have to deal with them taking it right out of my paycheck instead of setting up a low payment arrangement. Obviously its up to you, but I'll never take that chance again after this happening to me.

No one ever says anything when I answer this call.. Now some processor is calling my cell alleging he will be serving me if I don't call number and they tell him otherwise.I have no clue what this is about. It will be interesting to see if I am served today.

Calls and leaves a message that can not even be understood on my answering machine.  No mention of names or why they are calling but to avoid further action you can call bah bah bah
I always pay my bills so I know it's not for me so why do they keep calling?

Harrasment

What can I do about this company who calls my house everyday even though I have told them the person they are looking for does not live.  I want them to stop as they threaten me with a law suit and such.  I feel that this is an attempt to collect a debt from my daughter. Any information I can get will be much appreciated.
