due to a divorce and health issues, I had to file bankruptcy in 2008. Now the bankruptcy is 6 years old and already discharged from the courts.green tree is still trying to collect on remaining balance even after it has been cleared through bankruptcy. Sorry a$$ company to ever do business with.

Green Tree is relentless....they are horrible...bought up the 20% loan on a mortgage....people are rude
caller is lydia moore...says the number so fast you can't write it down and does not leave a name of who she is calling from ....

Hm.... interesting to read responses on this number.  This lady was trying to get hold of a loved one of mine.  Geez; she had one bad debt because the bank wouldn't work with her on her mortgage; that's been 5 years ago and they just won't quit.  So glad I read the notes here before I passed on the  message.  I hate these people; if they would have worked with her she would have kept the house and made payments.

green tree is a loan servicer / collection agent.   they will pester and threaten you no stop.  they are hard to make go away....get a lawer to get them to stop harrasing you
