This number called my house on Monday 5 2014 saying they were going to take my license for nonsense I know nothing about. The lady went on to say she was Betty Mason but they can say anything. They are scammers who will stop at nothing to try and make you pay money to them. They must have nothing better to do than to think they can fool the public. I feel all of them must have a low IQ because in today's society technology definitely can figure them out.

Hello Anytime you get a call from these do***e bags record them and send me a text at 616-439-4177 I am going to sue these people.

Keep calling me on my cell and at work. I have ask them to stop but they keep calling.

I received a call this morning from this number 855-887-9344.  They basically said that I was in violation of Lending Laws and Defrauding a bank.  The lady said she had my Federal file with all of my information.  She said my account was from Check n Go Lending.  When she named references, I didn't know any of the people she named.

Ok I'm eight months pregnant and got the same call. If I didn't pay like 1,200 to a loan company I would be thrown in jail for fraudulent charges, and they were able to get me into a 660$ settlement (pure bs right) well they continued and threatened a us marshal on me so I contacted a local US marshal and got them involved with this. They are a liar they referred to themselves as a law firm, they are rude and will harass you. If ANYONE gets a call from these people call your us marshals office!!! File harassment charges on these people!!!!!!!

worry pas your head.  all they can do is harass you.  simply block their number and they'll go away after a while.  you can also file a complaint with the various authorities in your area but if these bottom feeders are as pathetic as the rest of them, they won't pay attention to anyone breathing down their necks.

an air horn works just as well.  although, someone suggested handing the phone off to a toddler or very young child as an effective deterrent.  I think that a nice blast of death metal in the person's ear might work too.

Dying to reach me saying I owe money for a payday loan. I filed bankruptcy last year and the payday loan was on it. They insisted I would be arrested and put in jail. I had them email me info and upon advising an attorney found out they were a debt collection agency that goes to extreme measures to get money from you. All info given to me is public record. They did not have my full ss#. Just the last 4 digits and when I asked for more info to verify, they could not give it to me. I have been scammed in the past. 1x, shame on you.2x, shame on me.

These people are a [removed:lang] scam. They all use fake names. All of them.  They're a collection company in Amherst new york. They have a [removed:lang] box office. They have been reported to the attorney general. Call the attorney general and don't give anyone your money. They are in ny and they can't do anything to you

This company has been calling every week to every 2 weeks, demanding to speak to someone we do know. However the person they are looking for has never lived here. It seems they use Ancestry.com . I have been called a liar, Told to shut up, twice. She threatened me by telling me she was going to bring me a subpoena!? I reported the phone number about 7 times. When I finally got angry I kept a whistle by the phone  and blew it in her ear. A little drastic maybe,? I don't know.

Awful... said that because someone put me down as a reference without my knowledge I would have to appear in court or have a warrant issued. What BS! When I asked how I could get these records she said I couldn't... and threatened me! My attorney is involved now.
