Got a call from this number today.. they left a voicemail saying my full name and that they were calling about a complaint, and then tried to make it sound urgent, they said i have until 5pm to call back or else they're going to report it to my place of business. Haha..... what a joke.

These people call me today. I missed their call and called them right back within 2 min. The lady I talked to recognized my number. She called me by name and said if I didn't want to talk.  She hung up. I didn't even say not one word. Mai I called the number back and the same thing happened. Then when I called back the 3rd time this guy tells me he's the supervisor and I owe them money. He kept telling me the conversation was being recorded. I told him I'm recording the conversation as well. When I asked the details and asked about the rudeness he hung up. What A$$holes !!!!! I blocked them. And they can take me to court. Because I was smart enought to record the call!!

Seriously? There is a reason that debt gets continuously sold to other companies. Those other companies are bottom feeders. They buy your debt for pennies, hoping their strong arm tactics will convince you to pay. Meanwhile the original company has written the debt off long ago.    
It?s because of people like you that these bottom feeders are in business. At least in your case it sounds like the debt was legit. But that certainly doesn?t make the company legit, as you claim.

Good Grief these guys are relentless in their ignorance. I've been getting threatening letters and phone calls for about 4-5 months now. They used to call my old phone two and three times daily. I finally got a new one and sure enough a month or so later they hunted that number down. After many conversations and them not getting what they wanted from me, they began calling my work and harassing the receptionist. When I asked them why they were doing this, seeing as how I had already told them to go fly a kite, they said that once the lawsuit was settled that my wages would be garnished and so my work would have to know. That didn?t make any sense at all and when I called them on it they pulled out the same logic they always do, ?Sir you are being sued and you need to take it seriously. Now if you would just pay??
When calling my work didn?t get them what they wanted they started calling my elderly mother and telling her I was being sued and that she needed to contact me and make me pay. Had the poor women in tears! That was when I had had enough and I hired my own lawyer.  
I've talked to at least 5 different people at this ridiculous company over the past 4 months and told all of them the same thing: 'This is not a valid debt. You will ABSOLUTELY NEVER get any money from me. You will ABSOLUTELY NEVER get any information out of me. You are not authorized to contact me at work. You?re not authorized to contact my family and friends. And why would you? I have talked to you multiple times and told you you?re barking up the wrong tree. If you have paperwork than send it to me. If I need to talk to you I will call you. Otherwise, by all means, move forward with this pending lawsuit and STOP CALLING ME!?  
They always tell me that they will stop calling....and then a few weeks later it starts up again. I?m assuming that?s because of the high turnover rate of employees. I can?t imagine any human being with a conscience lasting longer than a few weeks doing this job, working for this company. Can you imagine telling your family and friends you worked for these guys?  
So why do they continue to call, even after you have already spoken with them? Because they are bottom feeding debt collectors who ONLY make money on unsuspecting individuals who don?t know any better. It?s a numbers game, much like phone solicitors. Call 20 and maybe one will be naive enough to believe them, or one will be frightened enough to pay them. And when they find out you are not naïve or intimidated, then they try and ramp up the fear tactics....or just continue to call hoping that enough annoyance will convince you to pay them.
My advice to anyone who gets a call from this company....contact a lawyer and have a written statement sent to them to cease contacting you. Or if like me you have been harassed and threatened, file your own lawsuit. I have one pending against them and so do many others out there. Google it. These guys are well known for their aggressive and illegal tactics.  
Look?.There are valid debt collection companies out there. A real debt collector is attempting to collect a valid debt. The reality is there are a lot of folks out there who don?t pay their bills and so companies need to hire other companies to help them collect. You can hate on them but they are providing a real service, (assuming the debt is valid.) And then there are these bottom feeding companies that resort to purchasing old debt for pennies and then harassing and using fear tactics to try and strong arm folks into paying.
Know your rights and don?t allow these disgusting, scamming companies to get over on you.  
         

Received call at work today from this number looking for my son.  They are real sorry didn't know this was not a home phone.  Left name of Jen Luna at 714-415-3941 to call back.  I believe it's an old debt from Kay Jewelry.  

FDCPA law says that any request to cease and dissist OR dispute must be in writing.  Simply stating so on the phone is not sufficient notice.

I'm not the only one getting bothered a bout my brother. thanks for the tip about rec the phone call. I live in kentucky but I also have a attorney friend and they have called one to many times waking me up and every time they have give me s*** and the way they talk to me is completely unexceptable. you dont call a mans house waking they and laugh at them and asking "why are you still asleep anyway?" lets just say after they said that Its a good damn thing I wasnt face to face with the a***ole.

A scam call. Someone named David called while my roommate answered, and he said something urgent and request me to call back ASAP. But this kind of calls had happened before, and it turned out to be the same type of debt collector for something that I have no ideas of... Other people reported this number as scam call on another website. So don't return the call.  

the calls are sporadic until one day this man left his name and said that the call concerned me and the person he was calling for. He said there was a claim on my name. So I called him. He then said he was looking for the other person. I asked him what the call was about and he said personal business for the other party. I said, but you said it was about me. oh, no I was listed as a reference for this person. Oh, so you lied to me. No, you are listed on their file as a reference. no, you said this concerned a claim on MY name. I finally told him NOT to call me again. He never once asked me if I knew the person. I told him I knew the law and lying was against the law. I hung up on him. Now today someone else called AGAIN from the same number and left a message. I don't have an address or the name. I would like to file a formal complaint. I know that 3rd party collection agency are to abide by the FDCPA rules. Once stipulated not to call, my number should have been removed from their files.

Admit it...you work for them.  Nobody comes on a complaint board to praise a collection agency except employees.

I am also receiving these calls and it's not for me and give me a line of crap. I already filed a complaint on the number and continue to ignore them. If they were a legit company they would never call of another to harass or be as rude as they are including the different reasons why they are calling.

It happened to me today, too. I have no debt. They ask for personal information....don't call them back.

I retained a layer and I am pursuing legal action against these guys. I have so much recorded evidence of them breaking FDCPA laws its actually funny. My Attourney is having a field day with this. This is what happens when companies like this keep it up.  By the way, you will notice the only 2 people "applauding" the actions of this company both left their full names above (I.e. Beverly York & Tracy Bowling). Hello, people that are being harassed on a daily basis from these guys are not dumb enough to leave their full names...try again you two! PREMIUM ASSET SERVICES STARTED CALLING MY FAMILY ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. THE MESSAGES BEING LEFT WERE A BIT INTIMIDATING I HAVE TO ADMIT. TALKING ABOUT INVESTIGATIONS AND COMPLAINT. I JUST IGNORED THEM UNTIL THEY CALLED ME AT WORK. THEY WERE CALLING ME ABOUT A HSBC DEBT I HAD OUT THERE SINCE 09. I CALLED HSBC DIRECTLY AND ACTUALLY FOLLOWED ALL THE AGENCIES MY DEBT HAD BEEN SOLD TO. I ENDED UP VALIDATING THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT BY GOING TO MY ORIGINAL CREDITOR FIRST. VALERIE GALVAN FROM THE "FINALIZATION DEPARTMENT" HAD VERIFIED MY EMPLOYMENT THATS WHEN I TOOK THE CALLS MORE SERIOUS. ALL THE TIMES WE SPOKE SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHICH SURPRISED ME. Rude message from David Williams telling me I owe $1400 from a Best Buy account from 2010. I've never even had a Best Buy account. He had my wife's info: old address, last four of her social, etc. He said that she must have opened the account.

In January my mother started getting messages for me from a Yolanda Zamora stating that there was a complaint that I was involved with so I called the number back 855-895-9005. They answer Premium Asset Services all calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance..... Come to find out the complaint was in ref to a Mastercard that i had a few years ago and stopped paying on due to losing my job at that time. I called the original creditor HSBC recovery dept to validate the debt is with this company and they redirected me to "Platinum Holdings" who got me in touch with "Premium Asset Services". So I knew this collection agency was legit. Yolanda was very helpful. She gave me an awesome settlement that was less than what i had originally owed. I dont know what all you babies are whining about? If you are getting calls maybe you need to pay your bills or were left as a ref or have a recycled number? Too many people are quick to complain like a bunch of kids tattling.

So sick and tired of people calling when it is tax refund time and wanting money for something that has been taken care of and PAID! NOT PAYING Premium Asset Services in SantaAna CA anything. Will report to business bureau next. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!

800 Service called from 1-855-895-9005 asking for Robert Bollman I don't know anyone by that name but keep getting calls for him.

Thanks everyone for the info. Got a couple messages from David saying he is concerned due to an open complaint case in a county I used to live in. He also said he verified my employment at my job & stated my position. Thanks to this I feel good by not answering or calling back. I don't owe anything & got nothing in the mail. What a scam.

Unknown caller trying to acquire information

they called me multiple times different, said they have a account number and if i do not call back i wll suffer consequences.  people same number. they call every day and leave messages, its not for me its for my family. today they called and rudely said they are going to get me be ready, they are going to take the full extent of the law...PURE HARRASSMENT

This company keeps calling me 2 or 3 times a fsy . They never leave a message. Maybe I should answer and give them a piece of my mind. Threaten to go to police and attorney general. Thanks for all the messages.

Two calls this morning. No messages. If this is a collection agent, then it's likely the same collectors call me in the past looking for my brother that I haven't seen in over a decade. If they keep calling, I might have too talk to my attorney friend about the emotional distress this is causing me. P.S. Everyone, don't forget to download a phone call recording app before you call them back and tell them they are being recorded if your in California. That will change their tone for sure.

They don't identify their company name, to make it sound more threatening they claim to be investigators, called to verify my info and address. Lady I don't know you!!! I advised them if they feel I owe, send me something in writing to validate their claim NOT A GENERIC letter saying I owe you. She declined to send me a letter. What agencies does this? A FRAUD! Really?? prove it with a sign contract...YA CAN'T.... threatening they are going to have me served. First off what court or investigator warns you before serving you, second you called to verify my info but your serving me at my employer. I don't OWE CRAP to anyone but a car payment. I can play this game all day long. WHY because I know the law and they are in violation of FDCPA. Make them prove it in writing....better yet send a CEASE & DESIST LETTER and report them to the Attorney General & BBB.

They just called me and did say where they were from, But just said "Please call me today, I have some important information for you."  Did not say they were a debt collector or say who they were looking for.  Sounds like a scam to me also.  To DONOTCALL.GOV to report the number.  

I've received several of these, all relating to a woman named Nancy who I do not know. Early on I called back and told them I was not that person. Fortunately, I did not identify myself. The calls continue. The latest identified himself as David Eikins and left a callback number of 714-975-7626. Several times the calls have said this would be the last attempt to contact me (Nancy?) before taking action, but they call again anyway. I've blocked them, but on my phone that just goes to voice mail.
