Caller "John" no last name contacted a land owner offering to sell their property for them for twice what it is worth. Seller says go ahead. He then requests $1,100 to get started. They claim it's for marketing, title and escrow fees. There is no marketing, They have no buyers, They know nothing about title and escrow because it does not work that way. Google their address 873 West Bay Drive #118 and you will see Pinellas shopping center in Largo Florida. There is no suite 118. Only a Pak Mail center with a box 118. They won't stop until they hear "NO".
