"Barry" called and stated I owed $300,000 that I have no records of ever taking a loan out in this small amount.  Barry, please you are trying to scam me out of money I don't owe you.  This law firm lies in a very serious way.  If you need to earn money why don't you earn it the old fashioned way by getting a real job.  Instead you pretend that people owe you small sums of money.  Why no go for an even million?  Good luck with this fictitious loan.  Perhaps you can look me up in my summer home in the Islands or in my house in Spain.  How do you get away with trash talking like you do?

Cannot even BELIEVE how rude "Barry" was with this firm. They are supposedly representing Parker and Ross law firm in CA. THis person got so personal with me that I was shaking, not to mention trying to get personally involved when I told him I would not be accepting court documents for a distant family member. After several comments I told him he was a piece of work and he said "that's big coming from someone calling me from her house in the middle of the day" (insinuating I am unemployed, which I am NOT (I was calling from desk where I am 5 days a week every day but blocked my #), but even if I was, what business is it of his?! Oh he was rude. If he was in front of me I would have spit in his face. I plan to call this law firm and report this "Berry".

I paid 300 buck with my debt card to mr jones with the same story and set up the payments. but asked for a statement in the mail before my next payment was due. he called me on the payment date and asked for my to pay i simply told him i have not got a statement i will not pay anymore money until i get proff of debt. he was rude and hung up on me. the next day i got unknown caller sayin they need to serve me with legal doc. for court..... my question is has anyone ever got served and what happened after the court date??? Can they really just garnish ur wages and serve u at ur work place?????

I used to work for gc services and know how good you guys like to blog.  When i got a call from them i also did some research and i contacted wells fargo about this.  877-647-8551  they confirmed my debt was sold and they can sue if they wish.  I spoke to the collections sales department and with them on the phone they confirmed they own i just choose not to deal with it.  Maybe some of yall might wanna do research by reading some of these yall a trip i know some of yall owe it and some of yall sound legit.

Bull!   I believe you are a shill trying to make people think that if they don't cough up the money,  the scammer will call their HR  department.   Termination without cause is illegal.   HR departments don't scare anybody.  Scammers seem to have learned that using the initials HR is supposed to scare the beejeebees out of everyone into paying anything to stop them.   Call my HR dept anytime you wish.  They already know about all of the scams going around harassing people and how to deal with it.

Had a local come in to complain of fraud. Checked them out, seem a little aggressive but overall legitimate. I followed the custody of the account since Wells fargo. Checks out. RM Funding bought the account last and sent it to this company for collections.

I love my android it does phone number scan and came with this site.  I called with a block number and they told me about an old Wells Fargo checking account i used to have so i called them (877-647-8551) they told me they sold this debt?  So apparently i owe it by reading all this i thought the same maybe you should call who you originally owe to make sure you really dont owe it.  some of you really worried me but some of you are more sketchy than them.  you guys probably voted for obama good thing he doesnt have another term.  VOTE REPUBLICAN and restore this great nation once again.

they called my father in law about the situation, in the message they said they just had to verify that I was going to be home between 9-4 to pick up court documents, currently on hold with customer service for 10 mins retrying now got a hold of someone, doesn't have correct information on my husband, I say scam!

I just received the same kind of call from this 855-896-8311 number.  My son was called first by these fools, supposedly in search of me.  He in turn called me to find out why some unidentified group of people would be contacting him instead of me.  I called the number that these fools left with my son, started asking them a lot of questions to no avail, only to be told "our mistake, we will take your name and number out of our system.  I have made it my main mission to get to the bottom of this SCAM.  IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I received a similar message from a Jim Powell saying that I was going to sub served. He did not quote any detail information about my location. He mentioned a Mamba Cherif, who I have no idea who this is.
This is obviously a scam. Please get this nipped in the bud.

This company is a scam. They are hostile and rude; claim to be a law office, but will not provide you with proof of debt, which legally they have to. They claim they have mailed papers, etc. Untrue. Call the company where the debt was sold to originally and settle it out for much less. Sometimes it has been sold several times, so you have to call several people to get help. You can get this information from the original company you had the debt with. Although embarrassing to have bad debt, we all have it, and we obtain the right to settle it without being mistreated. Be sure to document everything, and get copies of all payments, etc.

I called this company and had plenty of suspicions so i had my wife call me they told her it was a debt with wells fargo.  I didn't believe a word  they were telling me so i called Wells Fargo at 877-647-8551 spoke to a cyndi This is in fact Wells Fargo Overdraft department.   They don't like giving out to much information because they informed me my debt was sold. And that can get in trouble if they start telling whomever answers that you owe money.  So i asked for a supervisor she told me my debt was sold there was nothing they can do.  I called back and got a juan on the phone he told me who owned the debt but im not paying Mr. Brison he was rude and they keep transferring me to him.  I spoke to my lawyer and got it settled for less so [removed:lang] you mr brison.  YOU GUYS SHOULD FIRE THAT PRICK AND ANYONE WHO DEALS WITH HIM SHOULD NOT TALK TO THAT PRICK.  ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE.
