Just got a call from this number. It's for someone who doesn't live here. It's always about some case number for the person they are calling about to appear in court. Person needs to get ahold of them immediately.I think he said his name was Medina.

I got the same call asking for my son.  Two of the individuals stated they were from Nationwide

The first person to call was Robert Green who stated that my son had been served under claim number 134102.  Mr. Green stated he worked for an attorneys office but he could not tell me what company he was representing.  T
Then Jeff Gordon called and tried to bully me into me giving my son's information out which I didn't.  I asked Mr. Gordon for the processing number which he stated was not available and that they only deal with e-mails so I asked for the e-mail only to not get that as well!

Then John (the latest caller) called and when I informed him that I had reported him he yelled into the phone that "I was a stupid bi***".  He continued to call so I answered the phone and put it up to the radio..must have made him more angry because he eventually hung up!

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THIS 855-898-4048 AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES LEFT MESSAGES TO STOP CALLING ME AT WORK LEFT MY CELL PHONE NUMBER WITH NO RETURN CALL.THESE PEOPLE NEED TO STOP HARASSING PEOPLE AND GET A REAL JOB

The phone number listed above is the same recording of number listed here.  They are a debt collection agency.   They never stated "this is an attempt to collect a debt" on any of the phone calls to me.

I got a call about this same thing the last 3 days.  First they called me then they called my wife.  They called my brother in KS who I don't even have a phone number for.  I paid all of my debts when I bought my new house last year so I know I dont owe anyone money.  What is this?  I called them back last night and left my phone number.

We received a call from someone saying that they were looking for a Judith Moyer with a case/claim number of 136180. Then they said "YOU HAVE NOW BEEN SERVED!" First of all we have no idea who this is and besides that, how can you serve someone over the phone. This is very annoying and if they think they are going to get our information, we aren't that stupid!

yea all sounds about the same we had a lisa roberts call me from "nationwide" scammers!!!

Its good to know this is a scam. They contacted my family and stated the same thing that he was Steve from the Phx superior court and I need to be served, but didn't explain why I needed to be served. He gave a faulty case number that doesn't even pull up in the public records of the superior state court. But the 855 area code just didn't sound right. So, I decided to investigate the information given and it seems to be faulty. I'm not a person that gets into criminal issues, and I do owe a lot of debt, but it's nothing that serious. The threats to get you to pay is just for their commission. I'm certain now this is a scam as so many others have recieved these calls and from different states. Thank you 800notes.com.

I got a call from a guy a few days ago but I thought it was a telemarketer so I said I wasn't home and he said the same thing they told other posters on this site and that it was very important that they get a call back because it could stop the filing of charges, needless to say I blew it off, then a few minutes ago they called again from that same number, my son answered and and took a message and he got the same script told to him and that it was urgent I call back because she was coming to my home and serving me if I didn't call  back

Received a call about charges on a claim that were being filed against somebody else. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING FROM THIS NUMBER!!!

I had a message left on my home answering machine, guys name is David Miller. He had caller ID blocked but he left a message stating to call 855-989-4048.  It appears he followed the same script as mentioned above stating he was processing a claim filed against me. He also mentioned he now had my home and work address and that I had until he met with me personally to call ADR to resolve the matter.

I called the 855 number and left my work cell phone number stating that the call sounded threatening and/or like fraud and that if they called me for any other reason than to provide details on their claim, that I would turn them over to my states attorney general for harrassment. I have credit monitoring and it does not show any bad debt what-so-ever, so not sure what this scam is.

I am receiving calls at work, my sisters house regarding this same phone number with the same information.  No identification left on the messages just the name ADR, phone number, Brenda Taylor, reference number.  She left me a voicemail stating I had been served over voicemail as well, but I have no idea who this company is or what they are referencing.

Someone by the name of Lauren Kelly from ADR has been calling my husband's cell phone & leaving messages, "you have been notified", "you have been served" "going to get you at work".  She left a case number & a name we have never heard of. Very threatening messages.  We called the number 855-898-4048 & all it says is this is Nationwide.  I am going to find out who ADR & Nationwide are & file a complaint with that states attorney general.  Can't block the number because it's a cell phone.  We will contact our states attorney general also.  This will stop!

First of all this Beverly Turner person called and said there were charges that have been filed against me.  She left a message on a voice mail that is not even mine.  At the end she said that "I have been served"  That is a threat and I have also turned over the recording to my lawyer.    Good Luck keeping your job BEVERLY TURNER.   Her number is 855-898-4048

I have been getting these calls on four other 800 numbers. I was unsure that this was an 800 number until I found out it is a toll free number that just was put into service in October, 2010.  Today, the guy that left the message said "he now has my address" and will find me. Again, the company is looking for someone who does not live here.

I left this company a message on one of their other 800 numbers, telling them I welcomed the chance to talk with them, and would be recording every word. I have already turned their other numbers over to our Attorney General's office, but today's 855 number was a first.  I have successfully blocked all their other numbers and I think they got tired of being hung up on by my phone, so they decided to switch.  I also left them previous messages to send me something in writing, which has never come. They are NOT going to bully me into paying for something that is not mine to worry about.

I just wish these harassers (heavy on the "a**") would find a way to make a legal living! They certainly are not doing that now!
