NCS has done the same thing to me. I actually thought it was real and made a payment on my debt and then two weeks went by and I told them I would pay it as I could but I couldnt promise anything. So they took off 66.15 off my card without my permission. So that put my card in default and now I have to pay the fees. The number was 877-906-7496... And a Nicole at 877-739-8598. I keep asking to talk to her manager and she was in the office with someone at the time. So I said that I would wait. Then in order to get my money back she said it would default my contract. If I'm Paying them what I can they cant do that. They had me convinced that it was my debt but then when I wanted my money back they said someone would call me back and when I mention that this was a scam they would change the subject. I really need some feedback.

They must be paying you good money to say shiit like this.....It's hard out here for the whole world right now...People are trying to keep a roof and food in their family mouth....If we had the money to pay back then we would have and wouldn't be getting all these calls...But until they stop calling my job and everyone they think is going to get me to pay, then I'll decide to send them maybe a 1.00

I recieved a call from NCS via my mom she was told that she would goto jail,  I am going to contact a lawyer snd see what can be done. If I owe money to anyone they call.  I have never given my mom # out how the got her # I have no idea. The # the called from is 877-703-9496 they s also gave a case number not a dockit #

I too recieved calls from this ncs they calked my mother as welk and threatened to put her I jail. I never give my mothers phone out without asking first and I have nor lived at her house sence highschool, in fact I am going to talk to a lawyer when I get home and see if there is a way to sue these people.   I don't livd in the same state.

I received a call from an "Agent Melissa Jones" for someone who used me as a reference years ago to purchase something from an electronic rental center. I just verified that I knew the person and that the person lived at the address given. I didn't cosign for the person. Anyhow, this "Agent Melissa Jones" sounded like she was impersonating a law enforcement officer, and left a # of 1-877-742-8916, to the "legal department". I called this number, and they say they are called "NCS Legal Services" out of Williamsville, NY. Would not give me a physical location, or any information for that matter, but did give me a PO Box. P.O. Box 5140 #303, Williamsville, NY, 29788,,,,this company sounds like a total scam, and I am saving this message, and hope they call back again. This is fine material for a FDCPA attorney. I told the idiot on the phone that I am not who they are looking for and do not call me again.They said only the debtor can have my # removed!! Beware of scum like this, they are absolutely not professional.

I got a call from a  "process server" he said he had documents to serve.  They said they we called A1 and they worked for NCS.  The number for NCS was 877-683-2594. When I got thru they has me on hold for ever while they were "talking to the atty".  While I was on hold I was on my ipad looking them up.  The lady said I needed to continue to hold and I told her that I couldn't find the company NCS out of buffalo ny and they needed to send me a copy of the contract.  She said something and said hold.  I did then I finally hung up the phone while on hold.  They did try to call back but I let it go to voice mail.  When I check my messages a MAN said he was Mr. Boyd retuning my call.  The voice of the gentleman MR. Boyd sounded just like the voice of the guy the was from A1 the process servers voice.  I will not entertainer them.  Oh! The process server said that the papers he was serving was for "defrauding ".

They also use a 440.342.0194 number It is a recording with the same threats as mentioned above telling you to call one of their 866 or 877 numbers.

I got a call from 1-877-563-3771, Carlos Cruz, NCS Services saying the same thing on 09-26-2013. It's a scam!!

Voicemail message from Steven Raymond saying they have two actions against me and I only get a 2 hour stay of execution and then I will be served with legal documents at my home and at my employer.  Ended message by saying "good luck".  I could totally tell it was being read off a script.  I don't owe anything except my car loan and have never been late on my payments.  So this is a total scam.  Please, I beg you Steven Raymond, come to my house and work and serve me with these "legal documents".  I would love to have a physical address where I can serve you with my lawsuit for harassment!   Unbelievable scum.

My Caller was "Steven Raymond" with "NCS Legal Services".  He left a message on voicemail for my husband, saying they had tried to serve him but he couldn't be located, so now they are going ahead with court proceedings unless he calls them to "update his case".  He gave a case number.  He said my husband should call him back immediately at 877-563-3771 x 726.  At the end of his threatening message, he said, in a very nasty tone, "GOOD LUCK!"  We have a very common last name, and there are several family and extended family with the same first name.  None of us have debt troubles, so I wondered who they might be referring to.  I knew it couldn't be my husband.  After wasting time on it, I eventually called "Steven Raymond" back myself and gave him a piece of my mind!  I told him he was pretty unprofessional, and I asked him, among other things, if he was stupid enough to be calling every person in the phone book with that same common name, and if he thought that if he somehow happened to find the person he was looking for, did he think that person would be stupid enough to say, "Oh, yeah, I'm the right guy who owes you money!"  "Steven Raymond" kept interrupting, telling me to "slow down", "who are you?", etc... and I just kept going telling him he can listen to ME for a while because he had wasted quite enough of my time already with his unprofessional, rude, and threatening message that he left!  As soon as I was done letting him have it, calling him a complete idiot, I hung up the phone while he was still blubbering and trying to get a word in.

This was before I even looked it up and saw that it was a scam, LOL!  Maybe I'll call him back a few MORE times, now that I know it's a scam and that he actually answers his phone when it rings, HA!  If everyone on this list who commented would do this, wouldn't that be hilarious?!

I don't have a loan,, never had a loan and would never get an online payday loan, and yet I have been getting all these phone calls on my cell and at my job. I had a roommate  that used my name on several transactions that I am not taking her to court for. I try to explain this to them and they flat out called me a liar. I never had any money deposited into my account,,but she did use my name, my number my address and s*** like that and now im being harassed by these jerks. so you can say PAY YOUR BILLS  but WHAT IF YOU NEVER HAD A FREAKING LOAN. SO now I have to go through this process to get them to stop calling ME for HER Fn Dept.

Do not believe anyone who calls you stating they are from A1 Processing Investigations or NCS Legal Services. The number they give you is 877-563-3715 ext 761. They claim to be out of New York. I have spoke to three different low life degenerates by the names of Paris Nelson aka "Private Investigator", Nicole and/or Jaylen Smith aka "Legal Outsourcing Department employees" from this FAKE business claiming to be a collection agency collecting debts owed. These losers claimed to be trying to reach my sister about a debt and claimed they were going to serve her with papers. They are scammers!!!!! They are just trying to steal your money. DO NOT give them any personal info or banking info. They try to sound legit by giving you a case number. I have been receiving calls from them now for over a week. I finally told them I know they are criminals so I'm guessing they will move on to some other victim now. If they call you get as much info as possible and then report it to the BBB. Be aware they do not like it when you turn it around on them and start asking questions.

Received a call from Ashley Wells left on voice mail at work. So, I called and spoke with Nicole Anderson. She stated the other liar/scammer wasn't available and she could help me and stated I owed money for a fraudulent check with a payday loan company in 2008 and wanted me to make arrangments to pay a settlement fee instead of full loan on a prepaid card or my bank card. Hmmm... I asked questions that she gave me wrong answers to. Yes, this is a scam! And they definitely use scare tactics to get your hard earned money while they sit behind a phone with their lies.

Total SCAM. Called and harrassed. Kenneth Love and Miss Long. Shameless. I tried calling them back and when I asked the what their organization is all about, she said she wouldn't tell me until she verified who I am. When I pushed back and said, "Why can't you tell me who you are as an organization? That certainly is not confidential." She just kept asking for my social security last four digits and my birth date - even just the month and year. Can you believe this? So sad and scary. Please do something to shut these people down!

NCS  is actually a collections business in Oklahoma City,  doing business in a very questionable and downright sleezy way.  I live here in Okcty and their reputation has traveled far and wide as another low life, sewer sucking,  time barred debt buyer and collector.  They will buy up old debts made prior to WW I  and try to intimidate anyone who answers a phone to pay up or go to jail.  Now here is the kicker.  They will sue if the dollar  amount is high enough and take the chance that the alleged debtor won't show up for the court hearing.
Then they  are awarded judgement.  The only association that I had with these dirtbags is when they started calling me about an alleged Mastercard account that needed to be paid.  The debt was 14 years old with a statute of limitation in Oklahoma of 5 years.   The alleged debt was not mine,  I have never had any kind of a charge card in my life.  The address on the mastercards was in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.  I checked and found a fellow living there with the same name as mine.  NCS would not accept this.  My attorney destroyed them a letter disputing the alleged debt and their right to claim and collect.  They responded with "No further collections attempt will be made and admitted that there could have been a mistake made"
Folks...just watch them.  They will try to sneak up on you...and the FDCPA  and the DNC  means nothing to them.   The Chicken Shitz!!!

I hope you didn't get that debit card or make arrangements to pay them any payments.  They are scammers.
They want that prepaid debit card in order to grab the cash immediately without any paper trail.
Don't even talk to them.  They are out to skin everyone they can.

Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.

They are calling me and telling me that they have a summons for me and I am gong to jail for  breach of contract. They also called my mother and I don't even live there. I told them to go ahead and serve the summons. They said I am going to jail.

Have received calls from this number threatening to have my husband arrested, now they are calling my stepchildren and leaving messages with them.  We do not even speak with them because of family problems and yet this collection agency called and left a threatening message with them.
