Got a voicemail from an Amanda Wells, saying she is going to be serving me papers. Left the 855 number and apparently my case#. I called the number back, the guy who answered said he was an attorney and this "case" will be taken to court. I told him he was a scam and I've never taken out any loan. I asked him what address he will be serving me at and he couldn't tell me. I do believe this is a scam. If anyone knows different or has actually gotten served and had to go to court, please let me know. Thanks.

So did anyone get served by these people?
Because Amanda Wells has been contacting me all week. I owe $539.00 to a Riverside Lending. Told me in order to not be served papers this Friday, I will be sued for $1,850.00....

Guy named Gary Oliver called REPEATEDLY blocked # and left messages a message saying he was going to serve me with legal papers at home or work..called out my address and work place..said that I would need id to sign for it..told my employer the same(which is illegal).when I finally answered I asked who he worked for he didn't tell me,so I hung up on him..

some lady name amanda walls she call twice on my cell phone she saying shes gana come to my house this monday to serve me with court papers I dont iknow who are this poeple I think is a scam

I keep getting a call from private number saying they will be at my house Monday with docements. Also, stating I need to have my ID and ss# and for me to call 8559353642.  Apprently it is a scam since several people are stating the exact same thing. She states her name is Amanda Walls.

You know.... God help this B*$%ch "Valerie Baker" as she calls herself, letting me know when and where she's supposedly going to show up 'cause I'll be waiting for her alright. This is a form of harassment and I believe it is illegal to threaten much less show up at your place of employment. The lethargic smarmy manner in which the message is left now has me on a mission to hunt this c*#t down and the company she works for.

I am getting the same phone calls this morning I actually called this number it comes up as Ridge Way Advisory Group they are leaving messages telling me they will be at my home on Monday or at my place of employment I really wish I could find out who these people were so I can get an attorney for them.

Git a call from private caller they left a message saying they were going to be here at 4 pm at my home to serve paper's and for me to call the following number 855-935-3642. I see there are alot people getting this same calls
