Update,
Yesterday he called AGAIN!  He told me it was my final delivery, he listed my address and my employer address and told me via voicemail to be ready with my ID, he would be out to both addresses before 3:00.  I actually wanted to find out what this was all about, so I let them know at the front desk to go ahead and page me for this individual, eve though I did not have a scheduled appointment with him.  He did not show up at work, and my husband said he did not show up at our home.

He knows my name, my house number, my unlisted phone number and my location of employment???  Who is this guy and what have I done wrong???  I called the contact number he left me and it is for a Mr. Simmons.  I left a message asking them not to contact me at work, but he again called my desk number today?

This individual calls from an unknown number tells me to call 855 number and that he will serve me at my resident or my employer.  He lists both addresses and said I must have ID and sign for the papers.  I have been served in the past with legal documents and no one called ahead, nor did they require my ID, or my signature?

HAPPENED TO ME TODAY! I HATE THESE CALLS. SAME GUY, SAME MESSAGE.  THE FUNNY THING IS I GOT THE SAME MESSAGE TWO DAYS AGO FROM A HELEN MOORE... MAYBE THERE MARRIED...WOW

I KEEP GETTING THESE CALLS THIS WEEK FROM MR. COLIN MOORE WHO IS COMING TO MY HOUSE NO LATER THAN 3PM. FUNNY THING IS HE ONLY SEEMS TO HAVE MY LAST 2 ADDRESSES. I AM SO SICK OF THESE GUYS. GOD HELP THEM GET A BETTER JOB PLEASE

I had received calls from a Colin Moore saying he was a legal courier and had documents that I needed to sign for in regards to a case attached to my SSN. I didn't respond to the first voicemail only to receive another the next day saying that he would be stopping by my home between 12 - 2pm, what threw up a huge red flag was when he listed an address that I haven't lived at in over 5 years. I never called them and nothing ever happened.

Ignored calls thanks to this post and got served the day after. Columbus, OH.

This is truly a scam they  contact several of my family members. I work for County Clerk Office in Texas, and this is not the proper procedure. Please be careful this is FRAUDULENT.

yea they said i had a payday loan debt

I have received calls from this number. A Mr. Woodhead (yeah, right) probably an alias, claimed I owe for an old credit card. I asked for a written Validation Notice of this acct. to be mailed to me.  He told me he had to go check with his supervisor (red flag). After Woodhead put me on hold the supervisor finally came on and told me "we don't send mail but I can text or email you" (Big Red Flag!). I will talk to this "company" one more time to tell them they need to follow regulations under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Protection Act if they believe they have a claim. I will be contacting the FTC, BBB and others to report their practices.  I checked on them they have been an LLC since approx. June 2013.  My opinion is they are shady and poorly trained at best and probably __________. Anyhow, be very careful, my experience with them shows that they will try intimidation, threats and a loose association with the truth as tactics.

I just got a call from him too! I called the 855 # and some guy was trying to say this courier is coming for me and that I will definitely be looking at legal fines and court appearances over an unpaid debt..kind of sketchy that they knew my social and address and everything...tried to get me to settle with X amount of dollars..is this a scam?? Are they legitmate? I dont want to give them any of my banking information!

He identified him self as Colin Moore when he left his initial voice mail.

This POS called me, my husband, and my grandmother. I called him and told him he had better get to the county clerk of court and file his suit and never contact me by phone and only in writing. He kept trying to say something but I wouldn't listen. He sounded like a jack***!

Got a call today from this # saying he is a courier and was going to stop by my home between 3-5 pm to drop off papers for a civil action that was filec against me. I asked why he called from a restricted #. Said he gets harassing phone calls.  Proceeds to tell me to call this 855 #. I told him I'm checking with my county.  Needless to say there is no record of an filing.

I have had some harassing phone calls from this number. They pretend to be legal agencies, but it's a collection agency for an old disputed debt. They threatened to serve papers, but mumbled their name
