i got calls from this number, ended up being a loan I took out some months back, I worked out an arrangement, I think the rest of you are just scumbags who cant face the music and pay your bills

It is scammy.  Unless you receive written information delivered by mail or bya process server, there is notification of nothing.  Phone calls, emails & faxes do not count.

Based on another site, threatening some type of legal action unless debt is paid, yelling threats like "you have been warned."  Sounds scammy to me.

Care to tell consumers the name of the company inasmuch as you claim it is legitimacy.  Also, providing a physical address and or website could help the folks do their homework.
