they called my work place this morning and said they had papers they were gonna serve me.i have no idea who these people are and I cant find any info on them

Thank you Bruce for your post.  I received a call from the same number (855)940-5952 this morning.  A company called UCG.  They even called my sister whom I never use for a reference(personal or professional).  We do not even reside in the same state and have not since 2003.  I am so fed up with the scam artists taking money from innocent hardworking individuals.  I taking the voice messages to my local police department in hopes of tracking these people.

Got a call from them this morning.... Man from the recent posts... They are truly trying to make there month end scamming quota!!!
Lady asked for me... I asked what company she was with, she said she's not from any company that she was trying to reach (my name). Told her that she had to be with a copy pant that ppl just don't call random ppl. Long story short, asked for her to send cert. papers, which she refused... I called her out on scamming and..."proverbial" phone slam on my part!!!!! SCAMMER.

Real process servers do not call ahead of time.  Real process servers also do not violate your privacy (and federal law) by disclosing to a third party - in this case, a supervisor or manager - the reason for their visit.  They are paid to deliver court summons; they don't do anything else, such as telling you to call this or that number.  Please do report your caller to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.

I received a call this morning from a gentleman named Phil Rick, he stated that he had a  case against me and the message was intended for my supervisor or manager . Also I had one opportunity to rectify this matter with his firm , before his arrival . He then gave this phone number to call(  1-855- 940- 5952) and says I have officially been notified.

Anybody in their right mind knows first of all you call my home not my employer ! Then if it was legit you would have gave your firms name not just your firm ( such idiots  ). At least if you're going to be a good scammer do it correctly hello lol

Anyway all things aside, something needs to be done with these idiots I have no cases pending against me I pay all my bills .

got one yesterday at work I was off and they told my coworker that if I didn't call them back they were bringing some papers to my work anyone know who these people are
