I received a call from this number saying that they are handling a lawsuit that's against me... They said it's the legal dept for cash net? I don't know... What did they say to you?

I just got this call today and I was like who leaves a message like that....See you in court. If you call them back he will tell you that the call is being monitored straight to the courhouse.  It freaked me out to no end.  These people need to find jobs.

I received a voicemail stating they have a legal case against me and I will be arrested at my house or job. When I called back they said they are calling from John Hill law firm.

Omg!!! I got the same call yesterday. It freaked me out!!! A voicemail say I was going to be arrested at my work place See you at the courthouse so on. Called it back and a man with an accent on an answering machine said he was in a meeting with attorneys so on ...........how do we stop them from calling ???

Got a call today @ 1430 hrs from a recording, female voice stating that i was going to be arrested from my present location because of a court case pending against me.....

1.) i'm at work with 3 other people
2.) I work as a dispatcher for a police dept.
3.) we laughed our butts off in here....thanks for the laugh!!

Folks, please please please hang up on these people. Do not give them the time  of day.  We've had them calling here at the police dept with live people and my co worker loves to torment them with and play along.

Also, they never stated who was getting arrested on the answering machine.

Well, it seems that they are still active on 3/21/2014. I just received a call, my caller ID said "800 service," so that means I just don't answer it and let it go to the answering machine. Saying that legal action was going to be taken out against me and that I was going to be arrested at home or at my workplace. I knew it was a lie as soon as I heard it and started laughing.

I received a phone call from 855-992-9809 and they left a message the stated " We have received a legal case against you and you will be arrested at your place of work or your home. Call 855-992-9809 for more information. See you in court." This call originated in Cambodia. They also left same message on my husbands phone. I pray these rude people are stopped soon. This is the worst case of harrasement that I have experienced.

Keep receiving calls from this number.  A woman stated she had a legal case against me and I would be arrested at home or work. She left this as her callback number and said I could call back if I needed info than ended saying see you in court

i got a call from john hills law firm his name is john marshi the number is 1855-9929890 he took 400 from i can believe i felt for this. he said the cops were going to pick me from my job the only thing you think about you do not want to lose your job i hope they get this guy

These scam artists called my work and told my co-worker that they were going to come to my place of employment and have me arrested.   I owe them nothing.     I want to find our who they are so I can have them arrested!

This number called me and said I was going to be arrested at my home or place of employment. Also it prompted me to call back for further details. The number registered as a USA number.

Husband got the same voicemail stating he'd be arrested ending with see you at the court house. Sounded like a scam; glad I check it out online. Thanks for the information everyone!

they have my first and last name ,,,, and they saying i will be arrested because i owe money that been in collection for years ,, and gave me one of my old address to verify i guess ,,, its all scam ,, when you get such call before you get worry , google the number ,, it so easy to get numbers them days and thats the price we are paying .

Only part of the message was on a voicemail, but it just said to call 855-992-9809, and then said they'd see me in court!  I called back, and John Marsh answered, and when I asked what court action was being taken, he hung up.  When I called back, the call went to voicemail, and I didn't feel like leaving a message.  The crooks are getting more diligent, so thanks for this site!

I just got a call from this number.  Lately, any 800, 855, 866, numbers, etc.... I just let them roll to VM.  If they leave a message it's important.  If they don't then I guess it isn't.  I google the number immediately afterwards.  This helps a lot.  Thank goodness this is a scam.  They get their info from when you get information on payday loans.  Most ask for your information at 1st and then re-route you to another site.  This is where they are stealing the information once.  I almost fell for it once.  It got suspicious when the guy told me to write on a note that I acknowledge the debt and am willing to pay it  If you're a true lawyer, etc why do I need to write this on a piece of paper?   Don't fall for it.  The FCC has it posted that once they threaten you, you can sue them in response to the threat.  These A**les are idiots probably operating out of India or something.
