Wanted to sell me an alarm system....said I wasn't interested and hung up.  Voice sounded robotic.

Now they have started call me on my cell phone - I do not answer and they do not leave a message.  I am also on the "do not call" list  -  Apparently they just ignore it.

I'm getting a call from this number EVERYDAY, I have told them to take me off the list. There have been a couple of times that they call more than once. My cellphone is hooked to my home phone also. So when someone calls my house I do not miss a call. But this is getting crazy since I work a full time job Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm and then have 3 children to take care of.. WTH... These people need to listen and take me off their list...

This telemarketers are only looking for good phone numbers in your area.By answering, you're confirming a valid number and time. If you don't answer a few times your number will rotate down and drop off the valid list.   ( former telemarketer programmer.)             sorry

Just got a call from this number stating they would come and put a sign in my yard for a free burglar alarm system.   They hung up after I pressed 1.  Calling them back said the number was not correct.

They are paying this LEADS company to call for them.    Obviously this is part of the same "leads" company that does these recorded messages about credit card debt and other financial junk.

just 2 back to back phone calls from the same number call id said important didn't answer either of them,just very annoying

I've been getting calls from these Yahoos for well over a year. Usually, the message says, "This is Rachel from card services...." and goes on to say that they are calling to lower my interest rate. Usually the caller id says unknown number. Today the caller id says, "IMPORTANT".

Regarding robo calls to cell phones: this is from the fcc site  http://www.fcc.gov/guides/unwanted-telephone-marketing-calls  
"Except for emergency calls or calls made with the prior express consent of the person being called, autodialers and any artificial or prerecorded voice messages may not be used to contact numbers assigned to:....
   a paging service, wireless phone service (including both voice calls and text messages) ..."

That seems pretty clear to me that it is illegal.  File a complaint with both fcc and do-not-call. And do it every time you get a call.  Only huge numbers of complaints will get action. Also check filing with your state AG.Sometimes they are more active.

home security  has called here about 5 times with auto  calling I have no call list and i still get these calles

Wants to put alarm system in my house.

This is one of at least 20 numbers that call my 96 year old grandmothers house on a daily basis. Each time the call starts with and FBI warning about crime. They are peddling alarm systems. Press 1 for more info or 7 to be removed. You cannot be removed because the function is disabled. Try talking to someone and they argue with you about how many times a day they call. I just told them that they have called 7 times in the last two days and was corrected. Seems they only called 5 times. What part of Fuking NO don't they understand?

who cares people. Just block them and forget about them. When they call from another number block that one too. Dont sweat the small stuff.

My cell phone has a "blacklist" category I can put a phone number into.  I can also "reject" the incoming call, which I do if I do not know the number.

Call came in on home phone @ 11:18 AM CST.  Caller ID showed "IMPORTANT."

Got a call from the same number and did not answer it. Then went on the internet to see who it was that called and found this site. I will continue to ignore the calls.

they have called from this number 3 times today.  The same company "IMPORTANT" called from a different number yesterday 3 times.  The last time they called me yesterday I told her that I reported their number to the FTC and that if they continue to call they will be fined.  What is our recourse against this company?

I keep getting this call often.  I have complained before.  When is something going to be done about this #?

I was called by both numbers within hours of eachother.

These people call me multiple times a day from all different numbers, I have spoken to multiple people to be added to their "Do Not Call" list with no success. I tell them I do not have any credit cards, and in all honesty I really don't have any. I had one woman tell me I was a liar and that everyone has credit cards. I repeated that I did not have any and she said, "none at all? I don't believe that all." I then asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I'm annoyed with these people calling my cell phone multiple times a day. It makes we want to change my number that I have had for years but I know it will continue to happen.

I have been dealing with this for almost two months same recording on a series of numbers Option 2 never seems to work they just transfer you to a new system I guess

Same Call Pressed one talked to a person told them that the do not call option wasn't working. Raised his voice at me trying to talk over me stated that I wanted to be on there do not call list no less than a dozen times while he continued to talk over me until I asked to speak to a manager who was conveniently unavailable. repeated again that i wanted to be put on the do not call list. asked me my interest rate. denied him the information and told me that he could get it if he wanted it. Finally, he told me he would add me to the do not call list took my number and told me to have a good F***ing day

I keep receiving these calls and I am on the do not call for spam how can this be fixed?

This is coming from a complete spammer as I have requested to be removed over 10 times yet I still receive calls from this number.........

They keep calling no matter how many times I hit "1" to cancel further calls (takes 72 hours) ya right.

Not true you apparantly did not listen to what the company does. It has nothing to do about any loans so that is BOGUS!!! I understand you may be frustrated about the calls but the company has given thousands of people financial relief and freedom from what the banks our doing to them. I find it odd that no one is complaining about the sky high interest rates the bank are making good people pay them it is outrageous if you get a call from them and you do not need the assistance just disregaurd the call

You may be freustrated by the calls but if you only realized how our company has helped so many people extremely reduce there interst rates and save them multi thousands of dollars you would then not be stating this is a scam!!!

I have asked this company repeatedly to be taken off the list, and I get hung up on...It's frustrating!!
