I get calls from this number and one in Texas that say the same thing.

Trying to figure out what the heck this is

I keep getting calls asking me to call them back or have my attorney call back because it's a serious matter.
Maybe they should hire people without accent to make it sound more real.

Someone also called me from this number and left a very threatening voice mail,  that I needed to call him back with 2 hours or good luck to me in my future.  These people are crazy said I took out a payday loan and money was deposited in my bank account on January 14,2014. My bank have no activity showing from this so call company.  Just a scam to try and get your money!!! LOSERS GET A LIFE SCUMBAG.

I know this isn't a law firm. This is a scam. I am scamming him back. I have bunch of different numbers that I can use to call him back. I posed as a newspaper reporter and asked why he calls people. He said he needs money and wants to scam people. His real name is Perez according to advance background.com

This is a good thing right now because this is a landline phone. We can file an FCC report on this.

People keep calling me from this phone number with foreign accents but american names. They are threatening me that I owe them money and I'm going to jail. They have called me a million times at work and on my cell phone.

Funny that people will call and tell you that you need an attorney. For what? I applied for a loan online and was denied by everyone and this guy told me I received a loan, which I didn't. So how stupid do they think we are.

this number  just called me so i google it and saw this page. he said his name was anthony davis...same thing just happened two days ago except that time it was a different number with a 832 area code saying i defaulted on a pay day loan (which i never  received) and that if i didnt pay that day on the following day law enforcement would be at my house with a court order and arrest warrant. you Cant be arrested for not paying a loan back for one and i asked if i could receive something n writing and said that i couldnt. would not tell me what account this so called loan went to or anything...this ppl suck

Well his name is David (the middle eastern) Foster" today. Didn't get to talk but he left his mesg. And the mood I'm in right now, i would love to give "David" a piece of my mind.....

Got a call from 856-246-5260 they left a voicemail from what sounds like a very busy telemarketing office.. Threatening me to either return their call myself or my attorney of record to do so. Then goes on a scripted statement about how I better follow through or else they cannot help me deal with what is about to come down on me..The guy had a THICK middle Eastern accent yet left his name as Steve Spencer.. It was a weird voicemail..

Well what a coincidence! James, I am soooo glad for posting this!!!! The EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME TODAY!!!! They called me at work multiple times. The first time I said that I was at work and did not have the time. Please call tomorrow. He asked for my phone number. HELLO?! If I'm getting "sued" or whatnot and theyre calling my job....how do they not know my cell number....which is the only number to get in touch with me. Another thing was that he asked me "That's in Louisiana, right?" Uhmm...I don't know...you tell me. Every time they called, it was an indian-accent. A Steve Spencer from the South Jersey Legal Firm is suppose to call me back tomorrow around noon. I googled this "law firm'...it doesn't exist. South Jersey LAW FIRM DOES exist...but not legal firm. And at the Law Firm....there is no Steve Spencer. It is primarily 2 white lawyers practicing Family Law and Personal Injury type of stuff. Wouldn't a sue on our social securities come directly from the Federal Government with calls from the IRS and not some "firm" in Jersey? They haven't told me to send money because I told them I couldn't talk. We'll see what happens. Out of curiosity, James, did you apply for any type of loan recently?

Okay so i keep getting calls from this number to my cell phone and my work phone stating i or my lawyer needs to get into contact with them.Ive seen a documentary on these scams and read 2 articles on them. I call the number back, which is registered to Peerless- something something-of NJ, a phone number providing service for out of the country companies to use where they get a temporary U.S. number to use.The person on the other end answers "Hello this is the law firm." and im like "Really the law firm? whats the name of the law firm". His response was "we are a south jersey law firm" which didnt answer the question.He tells me he is looking for, James<my last name>, and that his name is Steven Spencer,and im sorry im not racist being a mutt myself, but the heavy Indian-accent and the murder of the pronunciation of his name and mine,clearly this guy was neither named Steven or in America for that matter. I proceed to tell him i know of the scam and that im not falling for it and i would like them to stop calling me.The scam by the way is they call you with some bogus charge of fraud and tell you you are going to jail unless you send them a fee to settle out of court.  Its not real people DONT FALL FOR IT.
