These people call me all day n night.  I just got a new cell phone number I believe that's why.  I have never had a mortgage in my life so I have no clue why they would call me, but they better stop quick, they are driving me insane. They call, ring twice, I don't have time to even scream at them to get satisfaction.....no messages ever!just that same damn number up above....

I've had several calls from this company in the last week.  It is Nationwide, who has "partnered" with my mortgage company to offer reduced mortgage rates.  I called my existing mortgage company, and demanded to be taken off the list.

I did finally answer one of the "856" calls, and it was obviously someone who did not speak English, and did not pay attention to my responses.

I agree with Bob's post. I really have no desire to continue doing business with them. My mortagage was sold to them. They have terrible customer service. It is almost impossible to get to a person to speak with unless you would like to refinance; then they will talk to you all day. News flash: If I refinance, it will be with a different company.

Same here at least 2 times a day with no message I called the number back to ask them what the hell they wanted and got a voice mail box,,, Guess I will have to block them if they keep it up My mortgage was sold to them but I hated who I had BAC more than these guys.... I'm on the do not call list but apparently they don't care... No wonder the housing market is so messed up....

His name was George and he stated he was in housed with Nationstar in a Los Angeles, California office.  It is a scam because this number is from New Jersey?  He obtain my personal information;  I am upset that I was not careful enough to protect myself and my family.  He stated he was calling because of the homeowner's loans that the Obama administration is offering to homeowners.

Get Call Control for Android and Blackberry (don't know if there is an iPhone version) or Droid Blocker for Android.  You can block calls and text messages and create your own blacklists.  Very effective, but I recommend paying a few bucks and getting the Pro versions.

I got a call from this number about one hour ago. I put it on my Call Control blacklist and I won't be bothered by this number again.

I can explain since I used to design these systems however unfortunately customers tweak the settings to be annoying. It's a predictive dialer that based on a campaign will call a list of customers so that a marketing pitch can be given. This is normally a 3rd party contract that provides this service. Upon an interested customer it is then passed to the primary which is Nationstar in this case. Since it's a dialing for dollar scheme they want the agents to be busy 100% of the time so they dial more numbers on the list than the agents are able to handle. If you answer and all agents are busy or do not accept the call holds or hangs up on you. Essentially this is a non critical hit call so obviously a marketing call probably to refinance you to squeeze more money from you. Again this is a setting that the 3rd party chooses to how aggressive or annoying they want to be.

i wrote complaint on better buisness bur. got reply from nationstar said it was not them guessing it's a scammer there supposed to be investigating it. annoying isn't the word they would call me every day 3-5 times a day and would hang up if i answered 2 months straight until finally someone answered and said they were from nation star it sounded fishy so hung up know they are calling again 3x today

My mortgage was recently sold to Nationstar and have also been getting 2 to 3 calls a day from 856-295-5564. I have never answered their calls but as of today I now where their coming from. Very annoying.

I have been receiving this 856-295-5564 for about three weeks now.  I receive 2 calls a day at approximately the same times each day.  I answered the call one day and they said they were calling from Nation Star Mortgage and they had a great deal for me.  Wanted to transfer my call to a loan officer, would I hold on??? When they put me on hold I hung up.

They won't stop calling.  They put me on hold and tell me to wait!  I get these calls randomly, sometimes once a week and sometimes 3 times a day.   I would be satisfied if they left a message so I knew what they were calling about.  I too have a mortgage that was sold to NationStar.  Payments have never been late. They are wasting my time.

SOLUTION summary:
Per Nationstar customer service, call them at (888) 480-2432 and request to be added to the "cease-and-desist" list.

My experience:
Since my loan was sold to Nationstar, I received daily (or more) Robo Calls to my cell. As with others, no response when I answered. Tried customer service but gave up after a long wait. Sent email from their website, no response. Finally logged FCC & BBB complaints. Customer Service responded promptly to BBB complaint - at least they care about their reputation there! The Rep was polite and professional, and offered to put me on "cease-and-desist" list for phone calls. This just happened today, let us see how it goes!

It is weird how such companies ruin their reputation with such approaches. Seems to be run by incompetent management.

I've been getting these calls up to 6x a day. I have my ringer off at work so I see them as soon as I go to use the phone on break. I tried to call them back because they don't leave a msg but get auto routed to a voice mail. Left a msg stating "if you can't leave a msg. stop calling". I just went on their website and took every survey they had. The answer to allthe write in questions was the same " Remove my phone# from you solicitors call list! They call day and night!! BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!" We'll see what happens.

I am getting daily robo calls on my cellphone since my mortgage was sold to them. I tried calling their customer service, but can't find a way to speak to anyone! Will never voluntarily do business with this company. I logged a complaint with BBB.
