now they are calling me and i am in ct. what i dont understand is why telemarketing even exists anymore? who is stupid enough to ever buy anything from them. its such a desperate and unprofitable way to do business and anybody with half a mind knows you risk your identity dealing with cold calls from places like this.... its a phishing expedition.... never ever pick up... never ever bother or waste your time on these calls.... thats why they have so many different numbers because someone reports them... just let them use the same old number and you can just ignore the call... they never catch these guys the best way to stop this kind of annoyance is for everyone in the world to smarten up and never do business with any company that telemarkets you... then they will end up making no money but still having to pay for the use of the phone and the robot software and the people they employ!

They called me over a year ago and I requested to get removed their calling lists. When you attempt to cancel it says it can take up to 7 business days. It did stop, but obviously not permanently.

Said message is for me or anyone who has Type II Diabetes.  Huh?

When I called back they say "WCA Subscriber services".  AOL post says it's just a Telemarketer.

Just got a call from this number, but did not leave a message.

I just signed up for the do not call list yesterday.  That really did nothing as I got a call from this number on my cell.  Fortunately I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  So much for the do not call list.

We've never called anyone for any such things.  This is a soliciting phone call which means a sales call as they claim they're not making.  

Will be reporting to do not call since I'm on that list plus robo calling such as this is illegal too.

Rec'd a call today November 17, 2011 at 1:41pm PST.  Heard an automated recording stating that "This is not a sales call" and something about if me or someone I know has been in an accident I could get compensation and if I'm interested press 1 to respond.  I pressed one and waited a few seconds, when a live person came to the phone.  I asked how they got my number and she replied she didn't know the the process.  I asked what company she is with and she h/u.  I called back and got a recording stating: "Thank you for calling WCA Subscriber Services.  This line is for special offer service subscribers only, and we do not recognize your number as a subscribing telephone number.  To remove a number from the subscription list, press 1 and please follow the instructions.  For full service please call from a subscribing number."  I called back several times and got the same recording and the last time I called I got a recording stating "Your subscription has been cancelled and your number has been removed from our database. Goodbye."  Then it disconnected.

Got this one this morning, no message, ID says "SERVICE LGL WCA." Search of this shows they use several numbers, many of which are listed here at 800Notes such as 302-394-6688, 786-358-6624, and 215-383-5637. One of the entries describes them as attorneys. Also shows on some IDs as LGL RGHTS WCA. It has connections with "Peerless Network of NY LLC" which Bloomberg Businessweek describes as: "Peerless Network, Inc. provides services that simplify the interconnection of voice and data traffic across networks. The company serves telecommunications service providers and business customers in Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Miami, Florida; New York, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota; and St. Louis, Missouri. Peerless Network, Inc. was founded in 2008 and is based in Chicago, Illinois."
