Mine said, from same number:
West Coast Bank Alert: Your CARD starting with 4778 has been deactivated. Please contact us at. 503-468-1076
From same number, but looks like they are "tailoring" bank names, and numbers to go with your area. Maybe to "appear" to be more legitimate. This is a SCAM. Do NOT reply

I also received a text messge saying "CREDIT UNION CENTER ALERT: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 608-237-7139.
Since other have received similar texts from this number I am going to assume its a phishing attempt and ignore it.

Got a text from this number saying "CREDIT UNION CENTER ALERT: Your CARD has been deactivated. Please contact us at 608-237-XXXX" I am assuming they used my area code to base the call back number on. Has to be fraud. I have never belonged to a Credit Union. Jerks.

Text to my cell phone "LA LOMA F.C.U. Alert: Your card has been DEACTIVATED. Please call: 909-273-6703." I don't have this card and I've never heard of them. I didn't call back though, went online and found this site. I won't be calling them back...sounds like spam.

I got that message too. Lorain Bank is a bank in the Cleveland area. The number they gave me to call back is a Cleveland area number, but I didn't call it so I have no idea where it goes. This happened the same day my email account was hacked. Weird....

Also received a text from this # stating "CULLMAN SAVINGS BANK ALERT: Your CARD starting with XXXX has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 256-217-XXXX" Not only have I never used this bank, I do not have a card including the four indicated numbers. They got the city correct as I live in Cullman, AL- yet wrong bank & card. Have yet to call back the contact number although it comes back to an unlisted landline out of Huntsville, AL. At first I figured most likely a simple mistake from someone who had signed up for some type of banking sms alerts? Still a possibility, although after reading some of the other folks posts regarding these guys asking for card numbers sounds more like fraud to me?

I got a text message from this number that said "MEMBERS 1ST F.C.U. ALERT: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please call 856-332-1454.
I have no card that they are talking about. When I tried to look it up all I found was that it was a cell phone from Millville, NJ area.
