Got a call from this number, but when I returned the call (5 minutes after)it said the number is not in service. It might be a calling card of some sort. I don't know

Over the past week I received 6-7 phone calls from 1-856-344-2001. It was driving me crazy because they wouldn't leave a message, bust seemed to call when we were not available. Finally, today, the phone rang & the ID came up, low and behold, it was a comcast representative calling me with regard to a call I placed to Comcast a few weeks ago. A representative was calling to inquire if I would be interested in upgrading my service to save on our bill...

CALLED MY HOUSE LATE AT NIGHT . BY THE TIME I GOT TO THE PHONE THEY WERE NOT THERE CALLED THE NUMBER BACK BUT IT WAS IN SERVICE. WHY DO THEY DO THIS AT NIGHT . YOU THINK THERE SOME WRONG WITH FAMILY WHEN THE PHONE RINGS LATE AT NIGHT . I WANT TO FIND WHO IS DOING THIS.
