Same thing here. I was looking for tickets and put an add up on craigslist. I received a text message saying "i have them, make me an offer" i had a feeling it was a scam. when i texted back to ask him what time the tickets were for, he replied "I think they might be sold, someone is making a cash deposit for them right now". That was all i had to hear. I then googled his number and found this site. Beware of this dirt bag.

i put up an ad on craigslist.com for Jordan olympic 6's and he text me saying he had them the next day. Scam.

Same thing happened to me....put ad on Craigs List for tickets. Text messaged me telling me he had the tickets I wanted, when I asked where the seats were located, he told me section 216 - no such section exists at the Theatre where the venue is located. Told him to email me a picture of tickets - that was the last I heard from him. Wanted to Fed Ex tickets overnight and wanted $$ immediately.

Thie person is a major scammer. Has tried to scam people from Craigslist more than once. BEWARE!


Tried to sell me 2 tickets to the Mickey's Trick or Treat at Disneyland on 10/31/08. No call or email. Just text me amd tried to get me to deposit $ into his/her account. Once I mentioned I'd prefer to pickup as I'd be in LA tmrw, the next text I received was that he/she had someone who'd deposit the $ now...thanks! LOL Yeah right! Major scammer. And he said he was in LA and the number is NY or NJ, somewhere back East!
