I work at a car dealership in the Detroit area and we receive about 3 or 4 calls from them a day. I have tried a few times to hit "1" so that they will take me off of their call list, but you just get hung up on. I have also tried a few times to talk to a representative. I am always very polite and will say something like "Hi you have actually just called a business". They hang up on me before I can even get the words out of my mouth. I'm running out of ideas and this is very frusterating, especially when I run to answer the phone and I am with a customer.

They call over and over and if you hit one and say anthing other then yes they hang up on you if you call back and opt out they continue to call some kind of dept credit scam. Here is the company up to it call them to death they are running several of these lines.

Goodness, they call our company phone like THREE times a day. It's like harrassment and it's rediculous. They never even answer so I'm like WHAT IS THE POINT of calling if your not going to SAY anything. AGRRRRR!!!!! There has to be a way to block them and/or by law they should take you off the list. PERIOD!!

It's not from the do not call list - I'm not on it and I'm getting calls from this number. The trouble with the DNCL is that it ONLY applies to sales - charities, political groups, and surveys are still allowed. So now the survey companies are selling hot leads to all the salespeople instead of them making their own calls. Since they make money just from the leads, they're far more diligent about calling...

Never answered... but have been getting many those kinds of scam calls lately. Strangely enough it only started since registering for the Canadian Government's own "Do Not Call List" about a month ago.
Something smells fishy!
BEWARE, do not answer this number!!
***DO NOT register for the Canadian "Do Not Call List", the database of phone numbers has obviously been comprimised(cellular and landline #'s)!!
