I have received several calls from this number to saying that i owe a payday loan in the amount of 847.  I actually agreed to make payment arrangements with them because I was scared cause they told me that I would go to jail.  I did send in two payments totaling 350, but i let my husband listen to some of they messages that this guy name Melvin was leaving and he said it sounds like a scam.  They even went as far to say if i had kids not to worry that they child protection would take care of them.  I eventually stop answering for them and they just kept on with the messages. Any suggestions on what to do.

THERE IS THIS GUY NAMED "ROGER" THAT CALLED MY UNCLE'S BOSS AND THEN CALLED MY UNCLE AND TOLD MY UNCLE THAT HE NEEDED TO PAY $714.00 BY FRIDAY OR HE WAS GONNA SEND HIS OFFICERS AFTER HIM AND ARREST HIM AND THAT MY UNCLE WAS NOT GONNA HAVE ANY KIND OF LIFE NOT EVEN A FAMILY LIFE.ROGER SAID IT WAS A DEBT HE WAS COLLECTING AND THAT HE WAS WITH THE LLC LAW FIRM GROUP OUT OF NEW JERSEY AND IT WAS THE CLIFTON GROUP.ROGER HAD A INDIAN ACCENT AND YOU COULD NOT HARDLY UNDERSTAND HIM,AND ROGER WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE WITH MY UNCLE.THIS ROGER GUY HAS MY UNCLE VERY UPSET AND SCARED.THIS ROGER GUY HAS MY UNCLE'S BOSS VERY UPSET AND MAD.SOMEBODY NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO ALL THIS SCAMMING PHONE CALLS A.S.A.P. IT IS VERY ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING TO EVERYONE THAT GETS CALLS LIKE THIS.I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC ABOUT THIS MATTER.

I received a call from an indian lady claiming to be with a collections agency. She was calling to inform me of a "lawsuit" against me with a "us cash loans". I have never done business with a cash loan place so was very perplexed as to how they were filing a lawsuit against me. She claimed it needed to be paid in full or I would have a subpoena out for my arrest. So I could contact my lawyer which would result in me paying $5,847, plus court & attorney costs if I lost. So she said the best thing was to pay and avoid this. I refused said myself and my lawyer would both call back...she tried claiming it would be too late as they were getting ready to leave so I should just take care of the fine. I repeated myself and hung up. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I just got the same call today. Said i had a lawsuit pending and if i dont comply they would have to proceed. I immediately asked her what my address was. She tried to scate the issue. I then asked her if she needs to verify my social number please read it to me and ill tell her if its correct. She started to get irrate. Then I told her to hold on for a conference call with my Lawyer(im messing with her now)  She Hung up. I then started sending her texts telling her Ive contacted the local police and they advised me to call the FBI. Then told them the FBI will be calling them, Never heard from them again. Go Figure

I keep getting calls from this number, identifying themselves as US online pharmacy. They keep talking with an Indian accent even when I tell them to stop calling and I am on the Do Not Call List. They have called 3 times in the last month

So out of the blue i get a call from roger and telling me that i owe 695.00 and i have to pay or Im going to jail.  I say that i dont have it he says that as long as I dont have a criminal background he will check with his supervisor and extend it till the 15th of jan i say ok well he calls me back and I told him I forgot and he got mad and ask me to talk to my boss because hes calling me at work and I told him I got paid this week and he said he would extend it. then he calls yesterday and talks to a manager at work and they say Im not there and he says dont lie to me you S O B!  and he calls back today and gets the main manager and starts to fight with him.  and calls back 6 times in a row.  After that my boss looks it up on google and finds out that its a scam I almost sent him the money he ask for thanks to my boss i didnt get send it oh and by the way he also said that I wont be at work tomorrow because Ill be in Jail!!! lol

My husband gets a call from this number too, only it is Roger, from the legal department, saying if he doesn't pay 150 he is getting sued.  They have even called his place of employment (about 10 times a day) and actually threatend his boss, that if they didn't let this "Roger" person talk to my husband, he would send people to ohio to "come after him" and his boss.  They will not tell us what their business is called, they did however say they were from New Jersey, after my husbands boss began speaking in an indian accent, and telling the person he would send the employees to new jersey to come after the guy who threatend.  Its very annoying, but kinda funny at the same time.

I got a call today from this very same number 856-637-2751. They called 5 times before I actually picked up. The number that showed on my called id was 213-333-3206. Once I heard him on the other line I immediately asked what this was for and told that he has to read an affidavit first then I could ask all the questions I wanted. He told me all sort of things like my house being raided, my job. Then he tells me that the legal way is $5000, but out of court is $639.38. He put me on hold to go talk to the lawyer to check if I had a criminal record and if i could settle out of court. Of course he came back and said I could....I said yeah i can because I am not a criminal. I told him that once we hang up I am immediately calling the AG, FCC and FBI. You gave me two numbers and one says that if i don't want to be a subscriber to press 1 and my number will be off the list. What a joke! I have been *67 his stupid a$$ every 15 minutes asking for every name I saw on a complaint sheet. His name is David Watson...He is the receptionist apparently as well.

I went to work this afternoon and was told a woman named Samantha had been trying to call me and that it was very urgent to call back asap! So I called to see what was up . She said I had a loan for $489 from Cash Advance America and that I could go to court and pay $5,000 to $6,000 or just pay the loan amt. I got her address from her also! Called my local police station and the had me call my local FBI office here in Charlottesville, Va. From there I was told to go to FTC.gov and put my number down as a DO NOT CALL there. She told me if I didn`t pay pretty much, that I have a warrant for my arrest. When I finally told her I had to call her back in a few minutes ( I was at work at the time) she asked " Why do you have to call me back?? Why Why? Why?" She sounded very nervous and hung up! Needless to say after I talked to authorities, I NEVER called her back! Being as i was a victim a few months back of a scam that is why I went the extra mile and called the cops and FBI agents to see how I could go about reporting this scandal!! I`m about to post her name and number as a scam on my facebook page too! Also she knew my social security number, my home address, where I worked and al of that! And since I just paid off my loan yesterday at Cash Advance, I called them up and they told me my acct was in good standing and that I owed them nothing further!

THEY CALLED MY FRIEND WITH AN INDIAN ACCENT...HIS NAME WAS DAVID WATSON. HE TOLD HER ALL SORTS OF STUFF ABOUT PUTTING HER IN JAIL, THEY WOULD RAID HER HOUSE, AND GET HER FROM HER JOB!.....THE SCARY THING IS THAT THEY KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT HER!!!!! HER HIGHSCHOOL, HER CURRENT JOB, HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, HER ADDRESS. SHE WAS SO SCARED! BUT I KNEW HE WAS A FRAUD WHEN HE SAID HE WAS FROM THE CLIFTON LAW FIRM AND BASED IN NEW JERSEY! When it is not a NJ firm but from the south.

I got a call from a David Watson saying that he represented Quick Cash.  An american name with an Indian talking on the other end.  I could barely understand him with all the noise in his background.  He is telling me that I have a payday loan from this company in which I don't and says that I have to go to court in Massachusetts and gave me some case number and says that I owe $3000.00 from some payday loan.  He then stated he could settle it for $648 and change.  At first he started calling my work and I told him to stop calling my work because he got me suspended from my work and he apologized and said he would cross it off the list.  Now he calls my cell phone and says if I don't pay it I have to go to court on 3 charges and I'm saying to myself WHAT.  He puts me on hold to talk to the lawyers to try to make a settlement and agrees to 3 payments of $228 dollars and I tell him you will be hearing from my lawyer and send me proof about this.

listen up everyone....i have been receiving phone calls from numberous indian accented people for the past 3 weeks.  all of them have very thick accents.  all of different stories.  they called from a fresno number but left this number as a return call.  i called both numbers, the fresno number was a unavailable number...this number had a voice mailbox and of course it was FULL.  i have tried everything to stop these idiots from calling me.  they are obviously calling from india, somehow someone has leaked out my info.  they have my SSN, address, and obviously my number!  i work the night shift and they seem to call between 8-10AM in the morning all the time.  i am ready to change my phone number!  the best advice i can give to anyone is to call them back repeatedly and if it takes 50 times then call 50 times.  give them a taste of their own medicine.  i called one guy back 17 times harassing him, obviously they didnt have caller ID that particular time because they kept answering my call.  After the 17th time the idiot said, "OK im sorry i wont call you anymore".  HA HA....that lasted about 4 days.....RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Got a call from this number. They said I owed $1200 and I was reffered to them by a credit collection agency. I asked what company they worked for. An Indian gentleman named "Tyler" said the name of the company was Credit Card Services. He said that i should pay $500 by the end of the business day or a warrant for my arrest would be issued. To play along, I promised to send the amount in full. Tyler was so suprised and delighted, his accent became even stronger. He suggested that I go to a western union immediatley. I offered to take a plane to India and pay him personally. He then stated that he was in Alabama. I asked if he was in Northern Alabama, like near the Pennsylvania / Florida border. He said "Right around there" At that point, I couldnt take it...Pretty much told Tyler that I would open his face and clean the blood with his turban. He hung up me.

They keep calling leaving messages that are threatening on my phone and they said that I owe them money. they told me I have court tomorrow but cant tell me the address I have called the police and they cant do anything. I am not gonna let these people get away with this.

I just got the same exact call from an indian women, then spoke with a man and he told me that I need a lawyer. He said I took a loan and I never did. I told him I'm forwarding the number to the AG and he quickly hung up! SCAM please be aware!!

I received a call from Samatha Johnson stating that she was from Clifton Group Legal. She stated I was due in court tomorrow.  She asked me a lot of questions.  I asked her the address and phone number of this so called legal group. She asked why was I asking her so many questions.  She finally gave me this address 43 Valley Street, Newark, New Jersey and the phone number she gave me was 856-637-2751 but on the caller ID from my job the number showed up as MGL BPO 213-333-3206 and this place is in California. She said that she was going to send the police I told her her to send them.  These people are nuts. She tells me to call a differnt number in New Jersey but she calls me from California.

I got a call from 856-637-2751 (Foreign Accent) from Nancy Walter & a Melvin......I told them they would be reported to the police if I got another call from them.

I have recieved phones call from the same person she got me for money too ! I feel like such a fool for being taken by this scammer !

I also keep receiving calls from that 3 and some other #'s as well. An indian with a very thick accent telling me I took out a loan back in January of 300$ and if I didn't pay I will be going to court or an officer will come and arrest me. This is simply BS. But what is scary is that they had all my personal info!!!! This is A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These peep are full od jokes! They are def a scam!!!! They wouldnt even give mw a address. They speak a language that i cant even understand!!
