automated call

When I asked the name of the company that the person was calling from, she said "Warranty Services" but refused to give me the main number for the company.  This call began as an automated call, asking me to press "1" to be connected to an operator who would assist me with a warranty that was about to expire on my vehicle.  When I tried to ask further questions, the operator hung up on me.

This # has called several times. This time instead of hanging up I went through to an operator & told him that this was a SCAM & if they persisted in calling I would go to the police. When I asked further questions I was told my phone # would be removed from the call list! Then they hung up.

This #calles every day.  don't want to press anynumber and be stuck with a longdistant bill. Iy dont understand that we can see the number and nothing can be done about it.  Are they really a real warranty company?

I received a call from this number and have been getting alot of strange numbers calling me lately about my car warranty.

I also had calls from 804-932-1409, 484-220-1175, 732-526-0152, 856-637-3699, 908-603-0381, 203-672-6191, 609-227-4573

All of these number have called within the last week.

Is reporting this # actually doing anything other than posting to this website? Talks about expiring vehicle warranty. Is there No way to stop these people???

These people call almost everyday.  Expired car insurance scam.  I called the number back and all i get is dead air.  They leave a message on my answering machine.  This is super annoying, how can I get rid of them.

It's 09:15 a.m. and the recorded voice said:"It's your second and last chance to correct or better your credit card interest charges." Something to that effect. I, too, did received some calls about expired warranty extension (fraud) since my dealer deals with me when I make my bi-annual visit. Furhtermore my numbers for these calls where made from 2 different numbers. Best is to report them to police with as much details as possible. IMPORTANT never give any info even insignificant and always answer a question by one of your own and never say (yes or no), it's hard beleive me. Oh I almost forgot DO NOT PICK THE PHONE FOR 000-000-0000 THIS AN OVERSEA TRAP CONNECTION, you answer and say anything and you are going to charged long distance charges somewhere sometimes.

I once even chose to speak to a representative so I could possibly get a live person to yell at, but the wait time was too long, and I hung up. Really annoying. I have called this number back and automated system adv me that "by calling you have been placed on our do not call list, please allow up to 24 hours to update info in our system". I have done this numberous times but they continue to call and call. I even followed the directions to speak to an agent and then asked to speak to a supervisor - I was put on hold with an annoying sound, finally someone told me I would be placed on the do not call list and hung up before I could reply
