(from Assigned Credit??) have repeatedly told them unknown person, wrong number. they keep telling me they will remove number. never happens. also get calls from 877-211-7506 (from VAN Ru Corp??) looking for Francine Samuel??). same story, same results. Attorney directed me to tell them the conversation will be recorded for my verification and they hang up fast. His firm is preparing "cease and desist" letters along with civil suit paperwork. Apparently not the first complaints he has heard.

I get a call and a voicemail from this number just about every other day. She claims to be "ivy" looking for "David Bourne" about a claim that was filed against him. I don't know why she thinks that my number is David bournes. My number is on every do not call list so I don't know why she keeps calling. At the end of the call she tells me to call her office extension number. Really annoying.

They called me at work and I answered and they tried to tell me they were coming to get me...blah blah blah.  I told them to send me something in writing, they said they could email it. I said, no in the mail.  They said they did already.  I told them if they did then they would have already received a cease and desist letter from me and if that is the case they are in violation of the law and I would be sueing them.  Then I proceeded to tell him (while he was trying to tell me I was wrong) that he has 5 days from this contact to send me something in writing per the Fair Debt Act and told  him not to contact me at work again.  I haven't heard from them since. Scammers.  If they were legit, they would do what we ask and send the information requested.  Don't fall for it, know your rights.  The government isn't going to do anything about these scumbags, it is up to us to not fall for this crap anymore and learn your rights!  I sued a debt collector for harassment and won.  Learn your rights and protect yourself because nobody else is going to do it for you.

Then their website http://www.assignedcreditsolutions.com/#!contactus/cluw shows a different address than a direct search that gives 10007 Lincoln Dr W, Marlton, NJ 08053 Then we have their Sales and Marketing Division http://www.assignedcreditsolutions.com/#!marketing/c1m2b Tell me that's not used for deceptive and unfair business practices! Wonder if they have some associations and affiliations with NCO Group, CAB Asset Management, Convergys, United Recovery Systems, AFNI, MCM, IQor?

I have also received numerous calls on both my cell and home line--one message left to call with reference # XXXXXXXXX as it would be in my best interest so I called back to see what this was regarding and they informed me it was for a debt that had been placed with their office and I needed to rectify this or they would go to the next step. When I asked the lady what the debt was (where it originated, the amount, etc.) she couldn't/wouldn't tell me and I told her that until I knew it was legitimate and what it was they were not to contact me. I asked they mail proof and copies to me prior to being hung up on.

Received another call from this number (first 1 received Monday). Male on the other end claimed to be a Steve Gambrell (sp?). Said it would be in my best interest to call him back regarding a claim that he received information on that I was involved in. The number he gives to call him back on is 877-772-4131, Ext. 1009. If he was/is with a debt collector, doesn't he have to advise something like, "This is an attempt to collect a debt..."? Doesn't he have to identify himself as a debt collector? These 2 calls have come from out of nowhere!!

Got call from this number. They are a debt collector. Left message. Called them back. Got an answering machine. Left a message to send something in the mail so I could research the debt. Since all debt that I know of has been turned over to a debt management company. I also blocked their number.

Some idiot female calling my business looking for a female. My voicemail says who I am and also depicts my voice as a male. The idiot calling should know they called the wrong number... and probably does. THIS IS JUST HERASSEMENT! Stop calling me all the time! I am on the do not call and get atleast 3 calls like this every day of my life on MY BUSINESS PHONE. It is REDICULOUS!

asking for Josh Jones. This phone has not been his for over 2 years. I bought this phone/number for my husband in 2010. We keep getting calls. We tell them that he does not have this number but it still does not help.

Called my cell number. It was issued to me new in 2001 for some MMA league that operates in South Jersey I have never heard of. Will wait to see if they call again. Surprisingly, the guy did not sound like a bill collector. Didn't find that out until after I googled number. Just wish they didn't call at 9:30 on a summer morning.

I also got a call for my son saying he needed to be called back because to be fair to all parties involved he needed to get his side of the story and it would be beneficial to him. They sound "serious" like the police of something but definitely a scam!!

got 2 calls on my cell phone 1 hour apart, asking for me by maiden name.. Left the name Nicole for me to contact. Did not say what for, or who they were.

I just received another cal from this company. I called them back, no answer, called them back, someone answered sounds like they spoke Spanish for a brief moment before they hung up, called back again on Skype and forgot my headphones were in the jack before they ended the call, the last time someone answered and I asked if it was "Assigned Credit Solutions or Assigned Cash Solutions" and they said yes. I informed them I needed a number off of their calling list.

They were surprisingly professional and as far as I can see did what was asked except they did not answer a call back from my number! I had to call them on a separate line! I also left  them a message on their recorder that I would consult an attorney if they did not cease and desist calling my line. It did cost me money to answer their call, and they have been calling this number for the last year or more that I've had this phone.

This is some loser who has about 4 worthless women working for him that call #'s at random and attempt to collect bogus debts.  They claim they are collecting for hospitals, fitness clubs, etc.  THIS IS A SCAM.  Do not return any phone calls.  Don't attempt to explain anything to them.  NEVER answer a number you don't recognize no matter how curious you are.  Worthless humans who pray on innocent people should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Unfortunately, they just reopen under a new name and begin to harrass and steal again.

Multiple calls from this number; phone number identified as coming from New Jersey.  I never answer calls that I don't recognize.  (November 7, 2011 at 2:28 pm).  No voice message was left.

Just got a message left on my cell voice mail from 856-667-5400.  The woman left a message saying trying to get in touch with "my son's name" and saying I might be involved in an incident that concerns me, and she wanted to get all sides of the story.  I then asked my son if he knew who they were "CCS" was the name the woman left.  He had also received a message.  He said the message sounded like a scam.  I immediately got online to look it up, which led me here.  Tricky, tricky.  It's obviously a debt collection agency using questionable tactics to get you to call them back.  Nope.
