This company is ACS which calls themselves lawyers, however I believe they're a collection agency, most lawyers if not all sends a summons or letters on behalf of their client not make personal calls when representing clients.  They tried to intimidate me by stating that I'm in the process of being sued and a garnishment has been placed on my wages.
