This Guy called me I owed Quick Cash Advance pay day loan company have alot of my private information told me if I didnt pay the sum of $5000.00 and that I was going to go to jail. I told him to prove all of this by faxing me over the court papers. he told me he was reading them from a file. I hung up

I just received a call from the same ppl he had a heavy accent and told me I was being subpoena for a quick cash payday I told him to give me their number and he couldn't I told him I would have my lawyer contact them and the moth******er hung up they called from a 856 210 2307 you call it back and it's not in service

I got a call today saying that I was being taken to court on Monday if I didn't pay 498.59 from a loan from quick cash the lady had a heavy accent says her name is Samantha I told her I need proof got very angry started arguing with me told her I was going to talk to my atteroney got angry again she asked me to send the money through my bank I said I don't have one then asked for it to go through green dot they called me from our local area code 9125550173 thought it was about a job but no it's these scammers called back it's been disconted how funny

i was scam out of $300 until i started doing some investagation on this group. they was very rude and talked very nasty to me a real company wouldnt have talked the way he did the guy name was melvin he threaten to send the police to my job and my house he also staed he didnt care if i  lost my job. i had to make payments with a green dot money card how can i report them and get my money back

I just received a call at work, kinda wandering how they got my work number?? I have no current loans open and don't plan on getting any? any ideas on how to stop them from calling my job

Recieved a call from a woman with a thick accent said her name was Dave? Calling from Clifton Law Group with a $5,000+ settlement with Quick Cas Advance. I found Quick Cas Advance .com to be a referral website to the lenders. And found no "Clifton Law Group" in the U.S.A.

The numbers I am getting calls from are 888-439-9401 and 888-439-9213. These people are calling my work number consistenly and wanting to speak to my manager, they even called my corporate office to file a complaint against me.  These idiots must not realize if they get me fired they will never get any money.  I don't owe these people anything.  they claim to be from cashnet usa and they have been threatening me with jail and court.  they recently threatened my life .  Now come on it is time to do something about these foreigners.  I have changed my phone number and deleted my email account, but what do I do about my work number?

I, too, have gotten phone calls at work from this same person. He gave me a name of DAVID WATSON and that I had an open loan with Quik Cash Advance. I don't know what made me put this phone number into my GOOGLE, but now I am happy I did. The next time I talk to him, I will see if I too can get some information.

I am tired of him calling me at 6am PST and tell me he has the police on there way to the house and threaten me that there going to shoot me...lol its funny and if you want to make yourself laugh DO this!

I also received a call at work and then again at home. My work line has no caller ID but my home does and it was the (206) number. When I was talking to the man on the other side, he was telling me that I applied and accepted a loan over the internet and had made no payments on it and that it had incurred charges of upto $5700 with legal fees. Also, he stated the original loan amount was $683. I told him I had not taken a loan of any type and had the bank records to prove it. He then told me that it might be Identity theft and for $150 I could have the case reviewed before court. I told him I would look forward to hearing from them and he told me someone would be dropping papers off with the court date the next morning. Well, no papers and no phone calls. Guess this truly is a scam. Now how do we shut this company down?

These people have called me at work and home. Today they call my job and I answered the phone. I asked them do not call me at work. I google the number and I was upset. I called them to let them know how I feel. He called me a bi*** and a c***. I hung up and they kept calling me back. CRAZY!!

These people keep calling my job and and my phone stating that I owe some money, don't even know who they are.  They asking me what is my last 4 digits of my ss# is and I would not give them that info.  Anybody else got a call like that?  The guy I spoke to has a very heavy accent and hard to understand, plus he said that his name is ALEX YOUNG, but by the end of the conversation he had a totally different name.  Be very careful of theses people.

I got a call from them and when I told them I do no business over the phone and to send me proof, the man started to yell at me.  When asked him what "law firm" (he said something about a law firm) he was with, he hung up and the number called me again.  Left a message and were VERY disrespectful.  I think it's because I am a woman.

I received the same message and its all a scam.  and the funny thign with mine, it sound like an indian accent as  well but you hear someone raddling paper in the background it was very funny! I threaten tme witht he cops and they havent called back yet!!!

Just got the call at work telling me I had court of course I want more info so I asked for a call back number was told to call 8566778927 and to ask for samantha. So I call back on my break using my cell and they want to know where I was called the number and what my name was so he could look for my info. I said you don't need that from me you just need to transfer me to samantha I will give her my details. He said yes but first I need your name and number I was like no you don't transfer me to samantha first time he hung up err we got "disconnected". Second time I called again I hung up told him I guess we will be seeing each other in court for my "legal" matter...too bad I don't know what court house...or that I'm not staying at my usual home so don't know how the police will find me on Monday maybe at work? Total SCAM! People don't give permission to take the required amount from your acount that's your permission to acess whatever they want! Be careful!

I initially recieved a call from 253-561-7911... It was some funky indian on the phone...speaking of a payday loan from Cash America, which is a company I never heard of.. It really sad that these people are making fortunes in the USA.. while actual citizens suffer... now scams with lots of person information...UNEAL...

Received same message from a Frank Williams (Legal Dept - no company name) this afternoon with call back #856-677-8927 (Caller ID shows #206-445-6544).  Message left with my co-worker but I didn't return calll as I GOOGLED the #856-677-8927 as I already knew it was a scam number and call.

Originally received a call from 253-561-7911 stating that a loan needed to be paid from one of my coworkers. He said his name was Shawn Williams, I said "You don't sound like a Shawn Williams" (he had a thick Indian accent. I wrote down the number he left for me, 856-677-8927. I said, okay, bye... then hung up while I can still hear him talking.

I had the same problem. I told them that if I own you I want to wipe out this debt but the only way I can do that is to get the proper documents. I ask them to provide me with the original loan documents and to give me the name of the lender.They told me that they didn't have that information because the documents were filed at the County Court House and they didn't have a copy. So I told them that my lawyer would be giving them a call. They said that they don't want to talk to my lawyer so I told them that they don't have a choice and hung up my phone. Never heard from them again.

Getting a call from this group called Clifton Group in NJ about a payday loan Quick Cash Advance they threaten police and are calling my work very embarassing. Do not owe this company any money never dealt with them in the past and will never in the future. Have called the police and will file a report but this is a scam and is a scary one because of the info they have be careful who you give info to in the future and check your credit report.

Had call  at work from person and could not understand them.  Said they were from Quick Cash, refused to give address.  There phone number is 856-677-8927 tried to call back no answer.  Very rude, refused to give information on loan.  I do not and have never had a loan with this compay.   Contacting FTC and FBI.

i recieved this message today and from a melvinger from Clifton Group... told me i owed more than $5000 and that he would talk to his manager about getting this taken off but i had to pay him a fee or whatnot... then he said that i had a court case tomorrow at 11am and that they WOULD FIND ME GUILTY!! and i told him that there wasnt anything to find me guilty about and he read me an affidavit and told methat if i didnt have an attorny that one would be appointed but when i asked him where the court case was being held he wouldnt give me the information... well my battery had died andphone shut off and so he calls back before i could charge my phone and leaves a NASTY message calling me a fraud and that id be going to jail. what scares me is he has ALOT of my personal info.. SSN, birthdate, full name, work and home address... so i was forced to close my bank account... only because i cant afford any frauds... glad to know this is a scam though because it really freaked me out i didn t think about it possibly being a SCAM.... thanks to everyone who posted.

I just received a call at work from someone named Nancy. I called back and a Indian man answered snd told me that I am going to be sued for a payday loan fron Quick Cash loans I told him that I never got a loan from them he wouldn't give me any infro about the account I told him to go to hell!!!!!

I thought that these calls had stopped but I gues they are bored now and are starting up again. The number I was told to call was 856-677-8927 this time it was a lady, Samantha no last name, not a surprise on that one. The number that showed on my caller ID was 253-363-9006 and 253-561-7911. The one thing I can tell you is that they are persistent, but I am not a fool and work to hard for my money to give it away to someone that might have more money then me. Somethings has to be done and I hope that this helps get them.

I received a call from 8566778927 at work.  My work took a message and I was supposed to call Nancy Waters.  When I got off work I returned the phone call and a man by the name of Melvin answered.  This man had a strong eastern indian accent.  He stated that nancy was not available and that he could help me.  He wanted the number they called me on and my name.  I did not give them the number but I did give him my name. during this we lost connection i called him back and he said there was a bad connection and he would call me back.  He called me back with the numbers 253-363-9006 and 206-445-6544. These are both Washington numbers.  the first number is from New jersey.  He said that he was running off a switch board.  when I asked if clifton group was also in washington he said no, but that is how switch boards work. He stated that I took out an internet payday loan and was in default and I was going to be charged in court at 11 am tomorrow.  He read me an affidavit that stated if I could not afford an attorney one would be appointed to me.  I then laughed at him.  He then stated that I owed $5484.87.  I explained that I would wait for the papers to be served to me.  He stated that I would definately lose my job, they are sending papers stating that I am being charged with three offenses.  I have never taken out a loan from this QUICK CASH company.  the only place they call me is work.  Somehow these individuals are hacking into computers and getting personal information.  I am contacting my attorney general and the police.
