credit card scammer/phishing/spam; does not honor do not call list

Did not answer.  Unknown caller that appears to be part of a scam reported on the internet.

Called showed up as INSPIRAWOODBURY with # 856-686-5660.  Did not answer.  Assuming it was scam.

Just received call. Caller I.D says Inspira Woodbury. Once they said this is a call from your credit card company, I hung up. So much for the Do not call list.

Just received a call from this number. Didn't answer cause I didn't recognize the number. Didn't even leave a message. Tried to return call, but all I get is "The person your trying to call is busy, please try again later". Let's see if they call me back again. This time I'm going to forward calls from this number to my secure SAT phone and have COMMS center track the number. Will update this if I get something. Wouldn't be surprised if location is in a 3rd world country.

Seems to me their number or name has been spoofed, as I don't know a medical center that would call and say they can lower your CC interest rates.  I wonder if the company in NJ is aware of this.  For the record, I live in Los Angeles.  A doctor in NJ would certainly not be convenient.  

Just called my cellphone.  Caller ID showed as "INSPIRAWOODBURY" and underneath says Woodbury, NJ.  Will be adding to my blocked list based on comments above

Just received a call to my cellphone,  never answer if I don't know the number. So annoying.

Hangup call to my cell phone - automatically suspect, so I googled the number.  I use YouMail for voice mail, and it has a 'ditch caller' feature, which plays the "this number is not in service" message that kicks your number out of robodialers (supposedly).  I think we've all figured out by now that the 'Do Not Call List' that we all signed up for years ago does absolutely nothing.  Reporting directly to the public like this, and BLOCKING their calls, can effectively shut down the telemarketing industry if a large enough percentage of call recipients are informed and participate.

Another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers in their attempts to rip us off. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!

The callers are actually the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given these junkies their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others before they are cheated!

Received call from this number, didn't answere and did NOT get a message.
Having read the posts, I went directly to VerizonWireless.com and blocked this number for 90-days using the FREE blocking link.
Hopefully, that will register with their auto-dialer and I'll be removed from the list.

Got a call from this number @ 12:37pm Central (Aug. 2nd, 2013).  Caller ID was UNDERWOOD MEMOR.  Was not home, they did not leave a message.  

Robo calling at its worst.  Why don't phone companies put a stop to this stuff?!

Recorded message - "Heather from credit card services." This is another credit card scam. I have received numerous calls from other numbers using this same recording. I pity anyone who would give these people their credit card number.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call list. Did not answer, did not pick up, Googled the number right away and found this page. Looks like it's not legitimate.

Got a recorded message from this number on my cell phone which has been on the Do Not Call Registry since 2004. Tried to call back but was only a busy signal. The recorded message did not include a company name, but they did want to lower my credit card rates.  Reported to the Do Not Call Registry.

Offered to lower my rates on current credit balance. Hah! I do NOT carry any balances so know this is a scam - but, you can't call them back - all you get is a busy signal. Will report on the federal "do not call" site next.

Called my cell phone and refused to name the company they were calling from.

This was a last chance to lower an APR . since they were broadcasting from Mt Everest in a foreign accent, I couldn't understand anything they said.

Just got a call from this number - caller ID showed UNDERWOOD MEMOR.  Answered and got a robo-call identifying as "account services".  Yet another credit card scam.

Note: This call came in on a second line that I haven't ever used for personal business nor published.  I have to assume they were just random dialing.
