who call me and what for i answer and you guy's said your name didn't tell the reason of the call and hang up on me and i not happy with poeple that hangs up on me please don't call again you guy's were rude by hanging up

Keeps calling, does not leave a message. When I call to see what they wanted the operator comes on to say, "The number cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again."

I gave a donation to them for Breast Cancer Research last year, and now they won't leave me alone!

Received a morning call (10:30 am) with a hang up before I could get to it. I think that I first reported these rude calls on this site almost a year ago??

The place is down the road from here - but I think the non-profit angle is a ruse to get around do-not-call list.

Recently I was bothered by another so-called "Non-profit" telemarketer from the West Coast. This organization's Web site claimed they use automated dialing to sell theater tickets etc. - but it was all a lie. There's no way you call people in NJ to buy tickets to a theater performance in California! They called 7 days a week; three times a day! I finally got them to stop - I read in the news that they had a new CEO. I sent him email, copying the marketing director, that she had failed to respond to my previous demand to cease calling me. I provided a link to a site complaining about them and urging FCC and FTC action.  Within days -- the calls stopped.

I guess they've started they're s**t again got a call from these scammers....

Just got this call this morning 4/21/09. If you have comcast, dial *60, and follow the prompts to add this call to your blocked callers list. Make sure that your blocked service is on. Listen, it will tell you if it is on, when you first hit *60. Found this info on another site for complaints. Follow the prompts, and it will confirm the number you have added. I will let you all know if it works.

I get calls from this number 5 or 6 times a week. "Outreach Intl L". ALWAYS a hang up when I answer. Enough already!

Received a call today from this number.  The woman said that she represented some breast cancer prevention group and asked me to pledge a donation.  When I told her that I would like to pledge $10.00.  She said that I would have to speak with her supervisor because they could not accept anything less than $20.00.  I said $10 was my limit because I donate to other breast cancer organizations, she said that would not be enough, told me to have a good day and hung up.  Seems to me if this was a legitimate organization the with the state of our economy, they would have accepted my $10.

We get calls from 856-768-2002 (Outreach) daily, often several times a day. I believe someone is getting paid per call made regardless of results. No one ever responds when we answer. Is there no way to block numbers like these?

Just got called again.  Hung up on me again. This is getting old fast.

I get several calls a day from Outreach Intl L 856-768-2002 I just let it ring their time and money being wasted not mine. Besides home phone is just for looks cell phone is for important people to call me lol. Happy Holiday's to all

I too have been getting these calls daily. When I answer I hear a lot of static then nothing.How can this be stopped?

My caller ID said it was a company called Outreach International in Berlin, NJ (I live in Burlington County, NJ and work in Camden County, NJ).  Atco is a 609 area code.  856 area codes begin Mt. Laurel and South.

I just received a call from this number. Hung up just as I answered.  11/2/07, about 12:20 pm.

SEVERAL CALLS A WEEK FROM THIS NUMBER, CALLER ID SHOWS BERLIN, NJ.  ANSWER AND THEY HANG UP.  CONCULSION, AUTOMATED DIALING, WILL JUST LET IT RING NEXT TIME, MAYBE THEY WILL STOP CALLING.  WISHFUL THINKING, I KNOW, BUT IF THEY WANTED TO SPEAK WITH ME WHY DO THEY NOT COME ON THE LINE WHEN I ANSWER.

I had a call from 856 768 2002 about 10 minutes ago.  A lady said she
was representing Brest Cancer something or other.  Said she was calling
from New Jersey.  When I asked if she knew where she was calling to
she did not know.  Then she hung up   -  3 June 4:20 p.m.

I've been getting a lot of hang-ups.  Just got a call from this number (had to *69 to find the number).  After I said hello, someone made several kissing sounds and hung up.  I was going to call it back but since several people on here say that may make it worse, I won't.  I don't have caller ID so my only option is to screen my calls I guess.

whenI see this number on my caller ID, I lift the receiver and set it right back down.  Won't stop them from calling but it does stop the ringing.

I receive calls from this number but I just don't answer it. I never answer my phone if I don't know the number and there is more than one. My telephone has an announcer on it and tells me who the caller ID is. If it is important, who ever is calling will leave a message. That is why I never bother to pick up. If a message is left and I don't know them I never call back. This caller has not out smarted me yet and neither has any other caller I don't know. As far as I am concerned, this caller is just wasting their time. Guess this caller has nothing else better to do with their time. Good luck caller, you will never trick me so try to stop wasting your time on me. As a matter of fact, stop wasting everyones time. I'm sure the rest of us have a life with important things to do. By the way, many of the 609 area codes from South Jersey (NJ) were switched to 856 a while ago, so at least you know the call is coming from South Jersey.

Same deal...several calls per day and they hang up when we answer. I've heard it's a scam to get around the DO NOT CALL list. When you get sick of the hang ups and call them they can then try to sell you something because technically you called them.

won't answer the phone when I see it on
caller ID.
